इस वक़्त मै वाराणसी से वापस दिल्ली के रास्ते हवाई जहाज़ में हूँ, इस्तीफे के बाद मेरी जन्म और कर्म भूमि उत्तर प्रदेश की यह पहली यात्रा थी. इस वक़्त मेरे साथ कोई फिल्म स्टार नहीं बल्कि मेरे सहयोगियों में एक भूमिहार भाई, एक निषाद भाई, एक कुर्मी भाई और मेरे अनुज अरविन्द सिंह है. हवाई अड्डे पर निर्दलीय विधायक श्री अजय राय जी आये थे. मैने पूंछा भाई मेरी पार्टी से क्यूँ नाराज हो? वह कहने लगे, भाई साहब आपकी पार्टी के नेताओ ने लोकसभा चुनावो में खुल कर मुख्तार अंसारी का साथ दिया, उनसे पैसे लिए और खुलेआम कहा कि अजय राय तो अमर सिंह का आदमी है, मुलायम सिंह जी का आदमी थोड़े ही है. मै स्तब्ध रह गया, पिछले कुछ दिनों से मुझमे और नेताजी में बटवारा चल रहा है. परन्तु पिछले लोकसभा चुनावो के दौरान भी यह बटवारा चल रहा था, यह जान कर आश्चर्य हुआ.
आज मुझे दधिची की बहुत याद आयी. हमारी पौराणिक कथाओ में हमारे अपने जीवन का दर्शन बखूबी दीख जाता है. स्वर्ग पर जब असुरों का हमला हुआ तो ईश्वरीय आदेश पर स्वर्ग के राजा इन्द्र ने महर्षि दधिची के पास जा कर उनके प्राण मांगे ताकि उनके शरीर की हड्डी के वज्र से असुरों का विनाश हो सके. उत्तर प्रदेश के राज पर जब से मायाजाल फैला है मेरी पार्टी ने भी मुझे दधिची बनाकर तपती दुपहरी में मुझे घुमा-घुमा कर गुर्दाविहीन कर डाला. लेकिन यह समाजवादी दधिची मारा नहीं, बच गया, अपने लिए, अपने परिवार, मित्रों और चाहने वालो के लिए. अब मै समर्पित हूँ क्षत्रीय बन्धुवों और सदियों से तिरस्कृत निषाद, कश्यप, राजभर, नोनिया, विश्वकर्मा, पाल, कुम्हार और तेली इत्यादि जैसे अति पिछड़े समाज के लोगो के बीच वैसी ही एकता कराऊं जैसी कि क्षत्रिय कुलभूषण श्री राम और अति अतिपिछड़ी शबरी, अहिल्या और उस केवट के बीच थी जिसने भगवान को नदी पार्ट कराई थी. आज क्षत्रिय चेतना रथ को हरी झंडी दिखाते हुए कई क्षत्रिय भाइयों की भीड़ में इन अतिपिछडे भाइयो को देख कर बहुत ही सुखद अनुभूति हुई.
कहते है कि जब भगवान् बुद्ध के घर पुत्र का जन्म हुआ तो उन्होंने कहा कि एक बंधन कि उत्पति हुई है. जब मुझे मेरे नेता ने इतिहास बता कर पीछे छूटा एक ऐसा साथी बताया, जिसे मुड कर वह वह कभी नहीं देखेंगे तो मुझे लगा कि मुझे मेरी सम्पूर्ण जिम्मेदारियो से मुक्ति मिल गई. गृह जनपद आजमगढ़ एवं पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश की कई पार्टियों के कार्यकर्ता और यादव भाई मुझे गलियां दे रहे है. आदरणीय मुलायम सिंह जी ने जो स्नेह अब तक मुझे दिया है उसे वह जल्दी-जल्दी वापस छीनने में लगे हुए है, आप सभी को धन्यवाद.

मेरे पिता जब लोक्सभा क चुनाव सपा से लडे तब भी यादव क्षत्रपो ने जानबुझ कर हरा दिया .की एक ठाकुर से तो दुखी है एक और हो जायेगा. सिर्फ़ ५००० से २००४ क चुनाव हारे .पर उस्के बाद से सपा सफ़ा भी होती रही है . जब आपके साथ मे दिल्ली आया तो वही लोग बोले यह तो बर्बाद कर देंगे . खैर जो हुआ अच्छा हुआ.

But in our case my Uncle (chacha) Satish Kumar Chauhan was SP candidate from Bahadrabad (Haridwar) seat for Uttranchal vidhansabha election , who belongs to Chauhan Rajput community and he was defeated because, he could not get all votes from his community only. The reason is, there are a lots of local leaders who don’t want to allow others (from same community) to be success. So this really a BIG CHALLENGE in Rajput/Thakur community. We need to burry the personal ego(s) and work together and put some numbers ( I mean to say no of MP/MLA)in Indian politics.
I really highly appreciate that Amar Singh ji kicked off Chhatriya rath but this need to be convert in votes.

Like wise every party has tried to consolidate the position by palying caste as a sytem to get elected to seat of power. We UPians are biggest fools who even today follow only caste ridden politics and adhere to politicians of the respective castes.

Nice to see an energetic language in your blog after last couple of emotional posts, I was waiting for this day.
I really feel proud when I Have seen some words about fusion of RAJPUT & most backwards casts (Like KUMHAR, TAILI, VISHWAKRMA, LOUHAR, DHOLI, NONIA ETC..)and MUSLIMs,
I am also thinkig about this social fusion of these casts from my college days but never seen any political party following to this, most political parties having single cast oriented focus, like BJP for Brahmin & Baniyas, congress for Jats n etc, BSP for so called Dalits, SP also for Jats..
No one party want to take open favour of Rajputs, some time I had feel that if any Rajput want to join any party than there are an unsaid term that ‘come as a person but not seek anything from party for your cast and keep your mouth shut for any favour for your own cast, because I have seen many Rajput leaders of various parties doing the same.., and that is why till date i am a 26 year Non Political person.
first of all I would like to explore that all above said casts having a great history of loyalty for each other, history is witness that many Muslman bhai and many people of above said backward casts fight & died in favour of Thakur of their respective Riyasat or Jageer, and further to reciprocate the same Thakurs also play a role of custodian for all these casts or communities,
Here I would appreciate to one comments of Mr Shahid dated 18 Jan on your blog’s post on Tribute to Mr Jyoti Basu.
The Thakur of that era also never play a favorable role only for Rajput, They were responsible for welness of all casts & communities of their respective Jageer or Riyasat, so we are not new for each other.., so why should we cant take a call to follow of this tradition of loyalty for each other… And the strength of this political fusion can change the all number game in political battle of this 21st century’s era..

11:30 pm on Zee Business is time slot for repeat telecast of Money Guru Program that is telecast live 6:30 pm. Today was “Property Special” where yours truly appeared on the show at 6:30 pm and several people switched on to watch the repeat telecast.
This show is very popular amongst real estate investors and real estate developers. My cell phone started ringing at 11:30 pm. I don’t watch repeat telecast as it’s not fun to watch yours face on TV!!! Anyways, my friends told me that I am not on air and that there is a program called “Amar Singh Unplugged” that is on. So I switched on TV watched the show. Clearly, you are extremely popular. Most definitely more than me!! But I did not feel bad at all. Infact I watched the complete show and am writing this comment after reading your blog. It’s well past midnight! As a matter of fact, I have read your blog in past as well and have left an advisory comment as well!!
After watching the TV show as well as reading the blog, I have few observations:
1. I did not find you in your USUAL self on TV. Either that’s because you were not well or you were less animated (and hence more relaxed). If the case is later, I am extremely happy for you. Do take care of your health. As they say, health is wealth.
2. Happy to see that you are airing your views and not party views now. I wish you are the best in your future endeavor. As I mentioned, in my past comments, that you are amongst very few leaders who can potentially bring a change and I would love to see you an action.
3. Everything is possible in politics! So please do not speak too much negative about SP. Past is past. You are hurt by Netaji’s comments simply because you expect a lot from him (in return of all that you have given to him and SP). Expectations mother of all problems!! Once you lower your expectations, your hurt at the very least be less.

I do neither know you nor it needs but fully approve and acknowledge your view ,except one thing that is to consecrate Amar Singh by the appellation of Chanakya. Actually it is just the gimmick of Mr. Amar Singh to extract the material benefits in its various forms by putting the cloak of politician. I don’t have any grudge to Amar Singh or any penchant for his adversaries . I have not seen him except on TV . My only submission is to all those who adorn Amar Singh by the epithet of Chanaky. How you call him as Chanakya? On the basis of performance made by him in the field of statecraft or any insightful vision/doctrine enunciated by him. As it is known to all that whomever he adopted his ‘Chandragupta’, he suffered from family disturbances,feuds,controversy etc. His ‘contributions’ couldn’t make any phenomenal growth/change in the aura of his Chandragupta.Have he made any excellence in unraveling any intrigued issue at home or abroad ? Has he any record in the domain of foreign policy ? So far as any theory is concerned ,still i am unaware of any such thing propounded by Amar Singh ji.He doesn’t command even the image an average good speaker. Mere typical bluster is not the sign of good rhetoric. If anybody tries to put petty kind of negative combination and permutation (jor-tor) tantamount to the statesmanship of Chanaky then it is only pity on the thinking of the person. To ascribe unsuitable attributes on anybody is nothing but sycophancy (with humble submission that you doesn’t seem to mean that thing here).

Bade Bhai to sadar Pranam,
In the last post dated 20th Jan “Jyoti Babu ko Shraddhanjali”. I had put my opinion regarding the petty internal politics, charismatic personality, trouble shooter role (sankat mochan) had been viewed enviously by the fellow party colleagues leading to resignation acceptance.
There could be another perception of looking at things, change is the law of nature. Now, your jurisdiction is limitless irrespective of the party working & coming between the common men for their valued say. Inception of UP Yatra can be termed as positive move in this regard, bringing the opressed & backward class under one roof.
Going by the geographical area, probably U.P being second biggest state has detoriated with the passage of time categorically in terms of employment, economic & industrial development. Central govt has never believed in the policy of decentralisation.Our respected Delhi CM making loud and clear public statement that “ People from other places are draining every now & then in their states, making it difficult for them to manage the infrastructure & resources”. Doesn’t it sound their incompetency in managing the show? Doesn’t it prevails a feeling that she want to prove it wrong about there very own roots from U.P. ?
Who’s responsibe ??….For sure we the people of U.P. who had given mandate to almost every party in the hope of “Behind every cloud there’s a silver lining” but to utter disappointment nothing positive turned so far. We are still running for anything & everything for Metros which is not a longlasting pragmatic solution. Our trust has been converted by erecting monuments putting crores of Rs in the projects which will have no return for the Bahujans or preventing the use of Computers by reaffirming that it is so called “ Socialist Ideology”……….which is as far as I remember Socialism is never anti technology .
Where are we heading to ? Not a political revolution but “People’s Movement is the need of the time”, which is a positive move with your U.P. yatra bringing opressed class under one roof and paving way for the development.
We need contribution irrespective of caste, creed, relegion in this movement. Politics of Castesim has always prevailed in this part of subcontinent, often beautifully termed as a “Social Engineering” by our leaders., it’s a local thing which inherited in our culture from the time of Mahabharata when Dronacharya has taken the sacrifice of Eklavya’s thumb despite of knowing the fact that he would have been a better archer than Arjuna. Racism which was institutionalised in South Africa, probably Mahatma was the first victim. People fairer in complexion consider themselves racially superior to the black There is another school of thought which Anthropologists states that all Homosapiens took birth from one black women called “Eve”. Different notions & thoughts on this……

I Like You because …
1. You are a mixture of class and mass. You walk with the kings without losing the common touch.
2. You have made your way from humble beginings to being a stalwart.
3. You are a friend of friends. I don’t need to say this, world knows of it.
4. You have strong aesthetic senses. You are essentially well-read.
5. You have exemplary negotiating skills. Again, this needs no explanation.

Having said that, I fail to understand a few things:
1. How come a person of your level of sophistication allowed himself to be associated with a party which is overflooded with strongmen ?? I hope you understand what I mean from strongmen. [I am scared to death to not use any strong language against anybody from UP (Though I have my own roots in that land)].
2. Your relationship building skills are unmatchable and when they are coupled with your manuvering skills it becomes a “kill”. If your agenda while in power was development, why didn’t business houses come to UP for establishment?? Why did they keep choosing Gujarat for setting up industries ? Why didn’t you use your skills to develop industry in UP which possibly has the highest rate of unemployment ?
3. In your blog, you are still talking about Rajputs, Nishads etc. Don’t you think that the time of caste based politics is fading away ?
Don’t you think that the rise of congress in UP was due to the fact that the new leadership in it is talking a laguage of development for all ??

And local leaders were busy in money making and property dealing
there was hold of mafias from Top to bottom
and people who really love Neta ji were sitting aside .
So many good people were forced to keep quite
i remember the morning when akhileshji ring me in early morning and asked my view during assembly election
I told him, that we are loosing
He was surprised and he asked the reasons
I narrated truely after taking permission , if he was ready to swallow the truth
which was a bit bitter.

I told hom that we are going to win only three seats
and it became true.
We lost the battle
And after that
we are continuously loosing
on external as well as internal front
I was never convinced with Azam ji, the way he opposed Jayaji
So being on moral ground I missed my dear friend Azam khan

It has become a tradition that when a leader resigns or be expelled from any party, he highlights the issue of cast. Now I am seeing that when Amar Singh has been expelled (sorry resigned) from SP, he is trying to organise social meets of Thakurs, Backwards and many more. What has been changed in a day, yes changed he has been expelled. Now he wants to add his ego with his cast among common man. Ultimately he is a politician…..Development ki bat kijiye thakursahab…………bade aadmi hain apne swajatiy logon k liye hi sahi kuchh dan pun kijiye. Kewal apne aafat me padte hain to jat wale yad aane lagte hain. Aur han aap Dadhichi aur Ram se apni tulna kar kyon un mahan aatmaon ko apmanit kar rahe hain…?

I am glad to hear that you are back home ,, to your real home that is poorvanchal, you are the only hope to unite Thakurs under one strong banner , you have the presence of mind and the guts required to bring a revolution in poorvanchal , i would just like to give you one advice sir, please stay rooted to your grassroots. always staying connected to your roots (masses) is very important in public life, im sure you would have learnt this by now after all sir apne toh apne hote hain baki sab sapne hote hain.

My knowledge is very little in politics but it was unthinkable to me that Mulayam and Amar are different.
Well Since you chose different path now, so it’s good you are focusing on OBC with Thakur. It will give you big success. My thinking is that the castes you mentioned in this blog are lacking a good/big leader and if you can create 1 or 2 in these casts, you can be a leader of Backward class minus Yadav and kurmi. you already are in hearts of Thakurs. By your help OBCs also will get better representation in power sharing.
e.g. Prajapati society is very very disappointed with Mulayam Singh because he request vote in the name of OBC but work only for Yadav.
Prajapatis only have option to go with Mayawati but now I am seeing some hope with you as you mentioned in this blog.
