आतंकवाद के मुद्दे पर दिल्ली की बैठक में श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी फिर बोले. अबकी वह यूपीए की चेयरपर्सन सोनिया गांधी जी के विरुद्ध नहीं बल्कि केन्द्रीय गृह मंत्री श्री चिदम्बरम एवं प्रधानमंत्री श्री मनमोहन सिंह की तारीफ़ में बोले. आतंरिक सुरक्षा एवं आतंकवाद पर तत्परता से कार्यवाही करने के केन्द्रीय सरकार के उद्यम को उन्होंने खूब सराहा. नरेन्द्र भाई काफी चर्चित व्यक्ति है. इनकी तारीफ़ और नफ़रत दोनों से बड़ी चिंता होती है. कहीं उनकी इस प्रशंसा से सरकार के धर्म निरपेक्ष चहरे पर साम्प्रदायिकता की कालिख न लग जाए, ठीक वैसे ही जैसे कि गुजरात के पर्यटन के प्रचार के अमिताभ बच्चन जी के निर्णय पर खूब कोलाहल मचा. चाहे हम माने या ना माने, चाहे या ना चाहे, इस लोकशाही में चुनावों के महासमर में विजयी चर्चित और विवादित चेहरों को हमें सहना ही पडेगा.
डाक्टर राम मनोहर लोहिया किसी परिस्थिति एवं समस्या के गुणदोष में मात्र भेद-भाव के सिद्धांत को मानते थे. यह मात्र भेद-भाव का सिद्धांत आज भी व्यवहारिक एवं प्रासंगिक है. मोदीजी की प्रशासनिक चुस्ती, राजनैतिक तत्परता, त्वरित गति से गलत-सही निर्णय लेने की क्षमता को सराहे बिल्कुल नहीं पर नज़र में जरूर रखे और धार्मिक उन्माद के आधार पर प्रायोजित हिंसा की प्रवत्ति को राजनीति कहने की खूब निंदा भर्त्सना करे. श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के व्यक्तित्व के दोनों पहलुओं के बीच की इस महीन लकीर को यदि हम चिन्हित नहीं करेंगे, तो गुजरात के पर्यटन का प्रचार करने पर श्री बच्चन मोदीवादी, गुजरात के योजना बजट पर विचार करने वाले श्री मोंटेक सिंह जी भी मोदीवादी एवं मुख्यमंत्री सम्मलेन में साथ बैठने पर प्रधानमंत्री श्री मनमोहन सिंह जी और मोदी के द्वारा प्रशंसित गृहमंत्री श्री चिदंबरम भी पत्रकार, देश, समाज एवं यूपीए के सियासी विरोधियों की नज़र में मोदीवादी हो जाएंगे.
आखिर भारत अमेरिका तो नहीं है कि विवादित श्री मोदी का बायकाट कर दे. सभ्य सुसंकृत समाज श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की फिरकापरस्त सियासत को तो बायकाट कर सकता है लेकिन गुजरात के चुने हुए संवैधानिक मुख्यमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी को, मनमोहन जी, चिदंबरम जी, मुकेश अम्बानी, अमिताभ बच्चन और ललित मोदी जैसे लोग चाह कर भी दर किनार नहीं कर सकते है. हाँ यूपीए अध्यक्ष श्रीमती सोनिया गांधी और कांग्रेस के युवा महासचिव श्री राहुल गांधी उनसे दूरी रख सकते है क्योंकि इश्वर की कृपा से दोनों संविधान के किसी पद की मर्यादा से मुक्त है और स्वतंत्र है. वाह रे नरेन्द्र भाई आप हिन्दुस्तान की सियासत के वह लड्डू है जो खाए पछताए, जो गुजरात जा कर ना खाए वो और ज्यादा भी पछताए. रही बात पत्रकार भाइयों की चाहे टीवी के हो या प्रिंट के, उनको एक जरूरी सलाह दे रहा हूँ,

यह तुकबंदी धन उगाहू पत्रकारों के लिये लिखी गई है। जैसा कि अमर सिंह जी ने लिखा है कि

तो उनका कहने का तात्पर्य है कि पत्रकार रह रह कर हर किसी के खिलाफ एक बार फतवा जारी करने जैसी रिपोर्टिंग करते रहते हैं। कभी किसी के नाम पर न्यूज चला देंगे तो कभी किसी के। और जैसे ही कोई ब्रेकिंग न्यूज आई कि मौसम बदल जाता है और न्यूज उस नेता को छोड दूसरे मुद्दे पर घूमने लगती है। यानि पिछला जो अनर्गल चल रहा होता है वह नये के आने से महत्वहीन हो जाता है। लेकिन इस बीच जिस किसी को लेकर वह न्यूज चलाई गई होती है उसकी तो मिट्टी पलीद हो गई होती है। यानि की मौसमी फतवा।
इसी में मैंने जोडा है उन पत्रकारों के लिये जो पेड न्यूज चलाते है। अक्सर आपने देखा होगा कि न्यूज चैनलों पर न्यूज रीडर किसी सेलिब्रिटी के बारे में बताते हुए कहती है कि फलां ने जब रैंप पर चलना शुरू किया तो लोग बस देखते रह गये। फलां ने नई कार खरीदी। फलां ने उसको ये कहा वो कहा आदि..बेमतलब की बातें। इस तरह के पेड न्यूज के लिये मौके बनाये जाते हैं जैसे कि कोई विवाद हुआ तो उस के आलोक मे अपने न्यूज को ठेल देना ।
यही हाल नेताओं के बारे में भी पत्रकार करते हैं। कभी किसी नेता के पीछे पड जाएंगे तो कभी किसी के। (हांलांकि नेता भी कम नही होते )। तो ऐसे न्यूज चलवाने के लिये अक्सर बोतल, मिनी पार्टी आदि की व्यवस्था तो हो ही जाती है। रण फिल्म में भी इसी एंगल को दिखाया गया है।
बस उसी को लेकर लिखा है कि

लेकिन यह बात हर किसी पत्रकार के लिये नहीं है। यह उस तबके के लिये है जो पत्रकारिता को एक तरह के धन उगाहू व्यवसाय के रूप में देखता है। ऐसे भी पत्रकार हुए हैं जो कि खबर को खबर की तरह लेते हैं न कि धन प्राप्त करने के सोर्स के रूप मे।
बाकी तो फागुन आ ही रहा है। ऐसे में कुछ उलट सुलट बोल गया होउं तो फगुनाहट मान सारारा….बोल दिजियेगा

What is secularism – is it insulting Hindu sentiments? Surely insulting Hindus is not and cannot be secularism. Only Hindus, Buddhists and Sikhs are secular in their behaviour and thinking. They believe in `Sabhay Bavantu Sukhina” :May all be happy. This is true secularism. Others believe in suppressing and oppressing Hindus and call it secularism. Dr.Ram Manohar Lohia was not in favour of such a brand of secularism. I have edited a couple of books on Dr. Lohia and nowehre it is said the he liked such a secularism. He advocated that Sikhism is the only right path for Dalits of this country. It gurantees self respect and does not either oppress others or allows others to oppress the weak. If the world thinks that by being the brand ambassador of Gujarat tourism Mr. Amitabh Bachchan will be known as Modiwadi – then so be it. Modi is a gem of history. If a whole train of religious passengers is attacked then how can anyone control the sentiments of a whole people? You never say anything when 3500 Sikhs were butchered merely because one woman Indira Gandhi was killed. At Godhara a train was set on fire. Whether it was a cospiracy of the Muslims or the Hindus I do not know. But the fact remains that Gujarat riots followed only after Godhra. Dubbing Modi as the sinner of Gujarat and secularism is not correct.
I suggest that you also join the nationalist movement and lend your support to the nationalist cause. You are an inspiring figure because you work despite your great kidney problem. It is amazing to see you working despite this problem.

Dear Big People,
I can just give you an idea why reservation is needed based on some facts. When I was living in the village, I found that poor, mostly Dalits, were living on daily wages. They were not having piece of any land on there own name and they were working in rich/landlords’ field for their living. My question is why they didn’t have any right on lands and mostly rich people were having the ownership of such resources. They are oppressed people from many years and there is not any change in their status yet. Now imagine how these oppressed people can compete with influential and rich. If we don’t provide some reservation on resources of India for them, it might take many years for India to be country for equality and developed. Therefore there should be some way by which we can help people who can’t run to come as par with rich to reach the goal together. Then only we can quickly make our country a developed one, and everyone become prosperous.
Now let us talk about the women reservation bill. I 100% agree that there should be some reservation for women based on their background and economic status too. The women from downtrodden and poor community should certainly be given chance to represent the people. But do you really think that caste based reservation will help the women and it will prohibit the women from elitist groups to occupy the seats. The current status of reservations in India is that mostly the families who have been benefitted from this, are getting benefit again and again, and therefore the other people in same categories, who are in real need of reservation, are deprived from the benefit. Thus their own caste people are hurting them and taking away the rights of others. Our aim should be to make this reservation reach each and everyone who are entitled for this by keeping away the benefitted people form this, so we can help the people who are left and have not eaten the fruit of reservation. Once who got the benefit and have Roti, Kapada and Makan, we should identify them as creamy layer, and remove from the benefit list. This can be done only by having reservation mechanism based on the level of deprivation. If you want to have quota based on caste, what is guarantee that woman like Kalawati will come into the politics and your rich relatives (wife, daughters, in-laws etc) or creamy layer people form backward/ SC/ST etc communities will not be entitled from this benefit. Do you really think that just by asking the reservations based on caste can help anything in the cause? I think, certainly not. The elections are so costly that those people for whom you are fighting will really not be benefitted but only the elitist groups of oppressed community will get benefit of cast based women reservation bill. And what I understand from your arguments is that your intension is not that, but you want the Kalawati like woman to enter into the parliament. If this is really your intension, please let us stop the politics of castiesm and come up with mechanism to provide reservation based on oppression, deprivation and economically backwardness. This will be a good start for all of us to help unite our country and a new beginning for great future for our next generations.

You must listen to the speech again. The UPA government had promised in their manifesto that they would bring down the rising prices of food items within 100 days. It’s more than 200 days now. I have written number of letters to the Centre on this issue of price rise. I didn’t get any response. It seemed that either they are not willing to take steps to control the situation or can’t understand the language of my letters.
Otherwise, do you get enough support from the central government?
Support? I want coal from Nagpur, it is close to Gujarat. If I can get coal from Nagpur, our electricity cost will come down. But they insist that I should take coal from Dhanbad. Salt is becoming expensive all over the country. Gujarat produces nearly seven million tonnes, 70 per cent of India’s requirements. Right now, 9 lakh tonnes of salt is lying unused. Why? Because we can’t send them, we don’t get space in goods trains. We ask for five wagons and we get one. The Centre has announced a grant of Rs 200 crore to save tigers but do you get to see lions? Why has the Centre not given a single penny to save lions? Is it because you find lions only in Gujarat?
You did not face such problems during the NDA regime?

Resected Shri Amar Singh Ji, This is very sad affair of our state of politics. In year 2010, when we should talk of unity and development here we play only divisive politics based on hate and disrespect for others. We must choose between our corrupt and ’secular’ leader who have robbed public money for the benefit of their next seven generation and honest able leader who talk of total development. In last 20 years political system has deteriorated in states like UP, Bihar, Karnataka, Maharastra, Jharkhand and word ’secular’ become good weopon for making money by using political power. What Modi did in Gujrat or same politics congress did in UP and Bihar in first 40 years after independence or various state ‘kshatrapas’ are doing now, are not a secret for common poor people. This is not that India, what a person like Dr Kalam has dreamt of by year 2020, of a developed country, where every citizen know their rights and duties and not fooled by these leaders. With present status, we dont think that we can achieve this in our life time. Media is also not playing their role with responsibilty and pay more attention to non issues and making them big. They are now surviving on Modi, Thakrey to show their secular credentials. Wrong is always wrong and truth always prevail but they are engaging in public trial like court and are also pronouncing judgement.

Sorry but I can not give you a respect because you are one of them who played politics over religion and cast. I am not accusing you are the only one but yes unfortunately you are one of them.
Whatever happened in Gujarat, whether is post Godhra or pre Godhra was really unfortunate and either we can blame all politician (including you) or we can blame the situation but you can not blame only Mr. Modiji (Yes, most of the Indians have respect for Mr. Modiji and may be it is really hard fact for you to accept) for them.
I would not call Mr. Modiji a politician or neta because of the politician like you these two words have no value. I would like to call Mr. Modiji a CM – Common Man. He understand each and every common man and believes in development politics and it is really unfortunate for India that still politicians and media and due to their influence and lies some of the Common Men misunderstood Mr. Modiji.
But nobody can Qs development of Gujarat under Mr. Modiji’s leadership. The same respect I have is for Mr. Nitish Kumarji, the way he is shaping up Bihar. Modi-ji is doing good for Gujarat from all the angles, he has a list of Top 100 activities (Development, Security & Progress), which helps him and Gujarat in this stage, is it very difficult or impossible, to make a weeklong meets with that for discussion with all state leaders of India/Saarc, like:
1. First day with all the Chief Ministers
2. Second day with all the Governor of States
3. Third Day with all the Opposition Leader of the States
4. Fourth Day with all the Defence Ministers and Police Commissioners of the States
5. Fifth Day with all the Chief Justice of High Courts of the States
6. Six Day with all (Top Three) Vice Chancellors of the Universities of the States
7. Seven Day all the Finance Ministers of the State
May be lot more new ideas will come out to developed India and SARRAC like Gujarat, though this is like some Central Govt. types job.

Respected sirs I wish to state that the hooch tragedy which has killed more than 150 people in Gujarat recently, I want to draw your attention about the another aspect of that accident, I want to remind you that as we all know very well that our state Gujarat is already on the hit list of terrorists and because of the liquor prohibition policy of our state govt. daily thousands of bottles in trucks of English liquor illegally made in our neighboring states and are supplied to our state. and whole of this network is operated by liquor bootleggers and mafias who can fall in to the hands of terrorists at any time and terrorists can supply a lot of poisonous liquor and can kill a largest number of innocent people any time and this will be comparatively easy and effective way for them. So I want to request you to establish the responsibility that who will be sole responsible for the accident if it takes place. Because directly govt is only responsible to first implement the liquor prohi. policy then to allow mafias to smuggle liquor in to the state, the smuggling of liquor is not possible without the cooperation of corrupt politicians and bureaucrats therefore I request you to accept my this request as a PIL and give directives to govt. so any major accident can be avoided. Respected sirs I am giving you some more aspects of this policy so please consider my that letter also a request to you

Respected sirs ,please consider the following points in the aspect of relevancy of liquor prohibition policy of Gujarat and direct the govt. to rethink over it.. [1] Though the liquor prohibition policy is there in force in Gujarat but three times more liquor is being sold here compare to any other state of India .[2]Local gujarat govt. justifies this policy by saying that because this is the Gandhi’s Gujarat therefore we implemented this policy here, on moral grounds. But today we have to think that who they are to say that Gujarat’s Gandhi or Gandhi’s Gujarat. Gandhi is the father of nation and whole nation is Gandhi’s. Gandhi struggled for whole India and he never said that he is for Gujarat or Gujarat is for him so today we have to think that Don’t we put question mark on his thinking by saying Gandhi’s Gujarat.? And after all finally we have to think that Gandhi never taught us the lesson to move on morality by crushing humanity .[3] Still there are so many people here in society who don’t drink so they like and support this policy. So the time has come to explain them that due to this policy the crime and corruption and diseases our society gets, they also can be victim of these things because this policy does not give any thing except crime and corruption to the general public of the society. [4] The transaction of millions of rupees has been criminalized which money moves within the liquor mafia and corrupted officers and politicians only. If this policy is demolished the same money will come in the market to the businessmen and even youths will get a new field to earn and get employment .[5] on the name of country liquor which liquor is being made and being sold here, millions of people are drinking that is made by car battary’s acid, detergent soaps water, saltpeter(anum) or ( FITKARI),and Gud(brown sugar).Now it can be understood that drinking such liquor can be how much harmful. This liquor causes the liver diseases, tuberculosis, and other so many skin diseases also.[6] This is the totally failed and unsuccessful policy which violates our religious and human rights because we hindus think we have the right to worship our god Kal bhairav but we cant do so because liquor is required to worship the same god .but we cant get liquor because of this Islamic policy is implemented on our heads.
Respected sirs I wish to state that there are 5 crore people living in Gujarat state of India in which about thirty percent people consume liquor. Still the liquor prohibition policy is in force there. Due to this policy now you can imagine how a big number of people is consuming the poisonous liquor regularly and how big damage the society is bearing due to this policy, we tell the people that this is the policy which does not give anything to society but only crime corruption and diseases. We request all the electronic and print media to understand the seriousness of this matter and give the coverage to us and our voice. But we are neglected everywhere. only because we have no big funds to advertise ourself . but hereby I would like to request you to remind you that the time when they neglect us really they don’t neglect us but they neglect a large number of innocent people of Gujarat who are bearing the torture of this policy and are drinking poison with keeping mum because they don’t know where to go and whom to ask for their help, at last finally we look at you with the hope of some help from you. But your ignorance to us and such policy of killing the innocents with slow poison will make us more nervous. Therefore once again we request you to reconsider our request and to do needful. Respected sirs, I want to say one thing about the liquor prohibition policy of Gujarat, that due to this policy the general public of Gujarat does not get any benefit but if this policy is demolished, and due to that the government gets the revenue from liquor business, by that money government can give at least one kg sugar every month to every poor or middle class family in the state, so I wish to state that please ask the govt. on the liquor pro. Policy, assessing the relevancy and profit and losses to the society . Because today the time has come to tell the people that this policy does not give any thing except the crime, corruption and diseases, deaths of innocents to the society. And only corrupted bureaucrats, politicians, and liquor mafias are enjoying this policy, Therefore we want your help in this regard. Respected sirs once again I request you in public interest please accept my this letter as a PIL and do the needful but I request you to keep my name and my address secret to you only. because either party A sitting in power or party B sitting in opposition, no one want to demolish this policy because this policy is like a cow giving milk to them, no matter who is having turn today either A or B, tomorrow will be the turn of other.so both of them will not like that my voice should be heard by you and they may try to crush my approach to you, so please I request you again to keep secret my identity to you only.
