अनावश्यक रूप से मीडिया और तथाकथित सिविल सोसाइटी के प्रतिनिधियों के निशाने पर एक विवादित व्यक्तित्व के रूप में मै आ गया हूँ. भ्रष्टाचार एक भयंकर व्याधि है जो हमारे समाज की अपरिहार्य संस्कृति बन गयी है. नकद लेते हुए भारतीय जनता पार्टी के तत्कालीन राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष बंगारू लक्ष्मण की तस्वीर याद कीजिये, छत्तीसगढ़ के बड़े भाजपाई नेता दिलीप सिंह जी का विडियो स्टिंग याद कीजिये, बेल्लारी माइंस के अवैध खनन के आरोपी येदुरप्पा सरकार के रेड्डी बंधुओं का सुमिरन कीजिये और साथ-साथ जैन हवाला डायरी में महज आरोप मात्र लगने पर भाजपा के वरिष्ट नेता श्री लाल कृष्ण अडवानी जी का बेबाक त्यागपत्र भी स्मृति पटल पर अंकित रखिए. हरिदास मूंदडा कांड में तत्कालीन वित्त मंत्री कृष्णामचारी का त्यागपत्र, चीन से पराजय के बाद कृष्ण मेनन जी का त्यागपत्र, वोलकर रिपोर्ट में नाम मात्र आने पर श्री नटवर सिंह जी की विदाई, एक पत्र देने के सामान्य अपराध के लिए श्री माधव सिंह सोलंकी का विदेशमंत्री का पद छोडना, आकस्मिक दुर्घटनाओं की नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए श्री लाल बहादुर शास्त्री, डॉ. कर्ण सिंह और श्री माधवराव सिंधिया जी का त्यागपत्र देना. कामनवेल्थ गेम के मामले में बगैर पक्षपात के अपने ही दल के सांसद श्री सुरेश कलमाडी के विरुद्ध कार्यावाही, २-जी में अपनी सरकार के मंत्री ए.राजा की गिरफ्तारी, देश के प्रसिद्द उद्योग घरानों से सख्ती, अपनी सास को एक फ्लैट आवंटित करने के अपराध में महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री श्री अशोक चौहान का इस्तीफा और बिना किसी सबूत और आधार के अन्ना हजारे साहब की तल्ख़ टिप्पणी पर मंत्रिमंडलीय समिति से श्री शरद पवांर का स्वतः त्यागपत्र दे देना, यह हिन्दुस्तान का तथाकथित भ्रष्ट “ पोलिटिकल क्लास” है जिसके लिए सिविल सोसाइटी के बड़े पुरोद्धाओं ने कहा कि भ्रष्ट नेताओं को चील-कौवों का आहार बना कर उनके भोजन के लिए छोड़ देना चाहिए.
ईमानदारी, पारदर्शिता, और जवाबदेही सिर्फ नेताओं का दाइत्व नहीं बल्कि तथाकथित सिविल सोसाइटी की ईमानदारी के ठेकेदारों की भी जिम्मेदारी है. १९६६ में ५ हजार रुपये की पेशगी २००९ में ९५ हजार की अदायगी, १९६६-२००९ के अंतराल में १ लाख देकर २५ करोड़ की संपत्ति हडपने पर १.५ करोड़ की स्टंप चोरी के आरोपी पिता-पुत्र, करोडो के एक नहीं दो-दो फ़ार्म लैंड ३५ लाख की टोकन राशि देकर वर्षों तक के sraggered पेमेंट पर मायावती जी का उपहार लेने वाले पिता-पुत्र, तमिलनाडु की नोआसिस कंपनी के विरुद्ध बेटे की P.I.L. का काँटा और बाप की वकालत की राहत, फिर भी साहब निपट बेशर्मी, बेहयाई और लज्जाहीनता है. २-जी, राजा, उद्योगपति और अन्य भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपियों के मामले में तो सरकारी उपक्रमों और CBI पर विशवास है लेकिन बाप-बेटे खुद अपनी आवाज और कुकर्मों की जांच के लिए सरकारी नहीं, अपने चेलों की लैब की रिपोर्ट चाहतें है. इस हिसाब से तो राजा की जांच DMK प्रमुख श्री करूणानिधि जी को सौंप देनी चाहिए. यदि श्रीमती किरण बेदी और अरविन्द केजरीवाल का ईमानदारी का सर्टिफिकेट बाप-बेटे के लिए ठीक है तो राजा के लिए करुणानिधि और कपिल सिब्बल के सर्टिफिकेट में क्या बुराई है.
मनमोहन सिंह जी का विक्कीलीक सच और भाजपा का विक्कीलीक झूठ, अमरसिंह का सीडी असली और बाप-बेटे की सीडी नकली, करूणानिधि-सिब्बल गलत और बाप-बेटे की जोड़ी का हमला सही, सरकारी लैब-हिंदुस्तान टाइमस की प्रकाशित लैब रिपोर्ट झूठी और बाप-बेटों के चेलों की लैब रिपोर्ट सही. अमर सिंह को नहीं जानते सिर्फ anti-defection law पर मुफ्त में अपनी सलाह दे देतें है, उनसे चार्टर प्लेन और ५० लाख उनके तत्कालीन एडवोकेट जनरल से वसूल कर २८ फरवरी २००६ को लखनऊ उनका केस लडने चले जाते है. इस सीडी की आडियो फ़ाइल 1.MP3 जो १५ जनवरी २००६ को १२.४६ बजे २,२६० केबी पर १ मिनट ५५.५५९ सेकेण्ड के लिए एपल मेकिनटोश पद्धति पर बनाई गई है. साल २००६, इसी साल जनवरी और फरवरी के महीने में मेरी शांति भूषण जी से मुलाकातें हुई जिसमें उन्होंने श्री मुलायम सिंह जी का राजनरायण प्रेम अपने और राजनरायण जी के एतिहासिक रिश्ते का हवाला और राजनरायण जी के वकील के रूप में श्रीमती इंदिरा गांधी को केस में पराजित करने वाला पुरोद्धा बताते हुए तत्कालीन क़ानून मंत्री भारद्वाज और हमारा मुकदमा सुन रहे जस्टिस भल्ला की निकटता का हवाला देते हुए इस तथ्य को विधिक रूप से तत्कालीन मुख्य-न्यायाधीश इलाहाबाद के संज्ञान में लाने की सलाह भी अपनी कान्फ्रेंश में दी थी. ८५ वर्ष की आयु में भी लाखों लेकर एक दिन में दो-तीन अदालतों में जाना, हफ्ते में कम से कम दो बार बाहर की अदालतों में जाना, २००६ की बातें, मुलाकातें, चार्टर प्लेन और नकदी भुगतान फिर खुद की हमारे मामले में कोर्ट की उपस्थिति तो शांति भूषण जी कट-पेस्ट और सप्लाइसड नहीं हो सकती.
और हाँ, फिर वही २००६ का खतरनाक साल २३ मई २००६ को इलाहाबाद में तत्कालीन मुख्य-न्यायाधीश की अदालत में आप शिकायतकर्ता की मर्जी के बगैर किसके द्वारा प्रायोजित चार्टर प्लेन से बिन बुलाए मेहमान की तरह कोर्ट पहुँच कर कहने लगे पिटीशनर चाहे ना चाहे, मान ना मान मै तेरा मेहमान और फिर अदालत का मामला खारिज की फटकार पर लौट आए. उफ़, ये २००६ में यह आपकी PIL presence भी क्या doctored है? जस्टिस बालाकृष्णन, जस्टिस सबरवाल, जस्टिस कपाड़िया, जस्टिस भल्ला, जस्टिस मदनमोहन पुंछी किसी को भी सामान्य बातों पर भी आप पिता-पुत्र ने नहीं छोड़ा तो फिर समाज आप चाहे जितनी जोर-जोर से चीखें कि “अन्ना बचाओ- अन्ना बचाओ” आपको नहीं छोडेगा और कहेगा कि ईमानदारी, पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही के इकलौते ठेकेदार आप ईमानदार बाप-बेटे की जोड़ी नैतिकता की दुहाई देकर लोगों से अबकी बार त्यागपत्र मांगे नहीं, साहस कर खुद दें दे ताकि करोड़ों नौजवानों की उम्मीदों के गांधी अन्ना हजारे को और उनके आंदोलन को दाग ना लगे ताकि अन्ना हजारे की ट्रस्ट की जांच करने वाले जस्टिस सावंत की रिपोर्ट की यह उक्ति “ईमानदार, ग्रामीण, सरल अन्ना को उनके इर्द गिर्द के लोगों से खतरा है.” एक बार फिर कहीं उजगार ना हो जाए. मै भी अन्ना हजारे समर्थक ही हूँ इसलिए चोर को पकडने के लिए डाकू की नियुक्ति का हिमायती कतई नहीं – मेरा क्या, मेरा तो हाल कुछ यूँ है-
“दोस्त करते है मलामत, गैर करते है गिला,
क्या क़यामत है मुझी को सब बुरा कहने को हैं”
जबकि सर, विक्कीलीक, टाटा-राडिया टेप, हसन अली, शाहिद बल्वा कहीं पर किसी मिठ्ठू ने मेरे नाम के सीताराम का जाप अब तक नहीं किया है.

You never miss an opportunity to get yourself involved in controversies.People have regained confidence in you when you started Purvanchal Yatra, but it appears that you have done the same for yourself and not for people. I am not going in to details of curruption charges which you leveled against Bhushan Duo, but You are trying to derail the movement which started by Sri Anna Hajare. Please either you go with Digvijay Singh in Congress and start coras alogwith him or do something positive for your own state leaving all this foolish exercise by exposing one or other every one knows that you have lot of secret information against all politicial and person who come in your contact, but you are loosing trust of your ownself and people will forget you if you continue your this kind of foolish writing.

I will classify people in 3 categories:
- People who do wrong things / corruptions…. and keep on doing.
- People who realize & decide not to do wrong things / corruptions….
- People who realize & have belief that others should also stop and take steps to stop others doing wrong things / corruptions.
Probably, I see Bhusan in the last category. Hence as an Individual & comman man, I will appreciate, praise, give a chance and support Bhusans.
Rest all i.e. Pawar, Chauhan, Raja etc. others are in category 1 or 2 to ensure the continuity as it is without changing themselves.
You know and understand better than me about all aspects of life.
I realized that I missed the 4th category only after my daughter asked me why only naughterious student are made Head boy in class i.e.
the 4th Category who has adhered to principle of right in public perspectives. However, it is very difficult to identify in current scenario. Probably all of you can do it. People under these categories have right to be part of Lokpal committee.
I am now convinced with your objection to the extent that the objective should be achieved with 4th category people. However, if not identifiable then 3rd category should be allowed.

महोदय, बात को जड़ से शुरू करे तो… 1-अन्ना हजरे, 2-लोकपाल बिल और 3-लखो भारतीयों खास कर युवाओं का समर्थन…।
कौन हैं कौन हैं अन्ना हजरे… अधिकतर ने यदा-कदा सायद कभी नाम सुना हो ।
क्या है लोकपाल बिल… अधिकतर को इस बारे मे कुछ खास नहि पता।
लेकिन कौन है आन्दोलन के समर्थक… सारे पडे लिखे ग्रेजुएट युवा और वो तमाम लोग जो भ्रष्टाचार की इन्तहां से ब्यधित हैं।
दरसल आज इस देश का हर आम नागरिक भ्रष्टाचार का दलदल बन चुकी व्यवस्था से छुब्द है और इसके खिलाप लडना चाहत है… एसे मे अन्ना हजारे का सामने आना और उनके ब्यक्तित्व मे इमानदरी और निस्वार्थ भाव की अनुभूति, सबको इस दिशा मे रोशनी का अहसास दिलाने लगे… लोकपाल बिल को समझे न समझे पर इतना सबको समझ आया कि ये उनकी उस लडाई का पहला यथार्थ पयदान हो सकता है जिस लडाई को वो अपने अन्दर ही अन्दर रोज लड रहे हैं, लोकपाल रूपी ये हथियार भ्रष्टाचार को मिटा पाये या न मिटा पाये पर उस पर अंकुश जरूर लगा सकता है ये आत्मविश्वास पाते ही सबने अपने रण बिगुल बजा दिये… और निसन्देह सबको विजय के अहसास का प्रसाद भी प्राप्त हुआ…।
अब प्रश्न उठता है… इस प्रथम विजय की पूजी को सन्जोये रखने के लिये चौकिदारों की नियुक्ति का…। तो क्या एसे लोग जो चाहे बेइमन हो या ना हो पर उनकी छवि भ्रष्टाचार के कीचड़ में सनी जान पडती है, तो क्या उनकी नियुक्ति यथोचित होगी, कहीं एसे लोग चोर दरवाजे से घुस कर तमाम आन्दोलनकारियों और खुद अन्ना हजारे के भी अहसास मात्र की इस पूजी पर भी तो हाथ साफ नहि कर देंगे।
मेरी द्रिश्टि में एसे संदिग्ध लोगो का नाम उजागर किया जाना भी भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध इस लदाई मे सिरकत करने जेसा ही है। और मे आपसे यही उम्मीद करता हूँ कि आप अपनी पर्खिक – तार्किक योग्यता और अपने लम्बे रजनीतिक अनुभव से एसे तमाम लोगो को बेनकाब कर इस आन्दोलन को मजबूत बनाने में अपना समर्थन दे, अपने विचार, विकल्प व भावनावों को सकारत्मक रूप से सबके समने प्रस्तुत करें और आम आदमी की इस लडाई में पूरी सिद्दत (तन- मन- धन) से सिरकत कर आम जनता के बीच अपने आप को बिस्वास का विकल्प कायम करें…॥

I read all of the 31 comments that people posted on this Blog . I have always believed that 1 day India would be a corruption free country . But right now it seems to be impossible . I do agree with the our PM who once said that if India cannot work without touts , then why not legalize them .

You are right. Parasytes are everywhere. India is a country with utter differences in wealth distribution. Crores of people are unsure about their next day. They can not afford their kids for health, education, nutritious food etc. These netas are sucking blood of them by Big Scams and calling themselves ANNADAATA!!! Very strange about Congress party. Is this party of MAHATMA GANDHI or a Autocratic party of INDIRA/SANJAY/RAJIV/SONIA/RAHUL??? They should shed the name of INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS. DIGGY is pulling string of LOKPAL Commitee by employing AMAR SINGH with the blessing of CONGRESS HIGH COMMAND, 10 Janpath.
