छत्तीसगढ़ के दांतेवाड़ा में फिर खून बहा. इसके पहले तो सुरक्षाकर्मी मारे गए थे, अबकी सामान्य नागरिको की बारी थी. खून किसी का बहे, खून तो खून है. हमारे समाज की समस्या है कि भूख, पेट और राशन पर कई बड़े-बड़े भाषण है परन्तु नेताओं के सांप्रदायिक और जातीय विभाजन के भाषणों पर हमारी प्रणाली में किसी तरह का कोई प्रतिबन्ध या राशन नहीं है. थोथे नारों और प्रतीकों के सहारे हमारे राजनेता अपना काम-काज चला रहे है परन्तु वास्तविकता यह है कि धरातल पर दूर-दूर तक कहीं विकास नहीं दीखता. अत्याधिक व्यस्तता के बावजूद रायबरेली और अमेठी में जिस तरह सोनिया जी एवं राहुल सीधे जनसंपर्क और विकास को प्राथमिकता दे रहे है, यह सराहनीय है. इस सन्दर्भ में यदि हम श्री शरद पवार एवं उनके क्षेत्र बारामती की चर्चा ना करे तो बेईमानी होगी. विकास का मतलब हवाई पट्टी, स्टेडियम, आडिटोरियम और अस्पताल मात्र नहीं है. विकास अपने आप में पूर्ण हो, आधा अधूरा नहीं. इन सुविधाओं के साथ-साथ यदि रोजगार मूलक योजनाएं ना हो तो विकास पूरा नहीं कहलाया जा सकता. उत्तर प्रदेश में कुटीर उद्योग की असीम संभावनाएं है. अलीगढ का ताला और कैंची, रामपुर का चाकू, फिरोजाबाद का कांच, भदोही का कारपेट, बनारस की साड़ी, चिनहट की पाटरी और मुरादाबाद के बर्तन ऐसे उद्योग है जो इन क्षेत्रों हर हाँथ को रोटी रोजगार का साथ दे सकते है. जरूरत इस बात की है कि इनकी मार्केटिंग और पेकजिंग का स्तर आयात-निर्यात योग्य हो तो अंतर्राष्ट्रीय और घरेलू खपत से इन कुटीर उद्योगों को बढ़ावा दिया जा सकता है. सड़क, बिजली, यातायात की सुविधाएं विकास योजनाओं का मूल मन्त्र है जो आज तक भी कई प्रधानमन्त्री देने वाले उत्तर प्रदेश में सुचारू रूप से व्यवस्थित नहीं हो पाई है. छत्तीसगढ़ एक नया राज्य है और ऐसा ही झारखंड भी है. विकास और प्राकृतिक संपदाओं का भारी व्यवसायीकरण समाज के धनाड्य वर्गों को सरकारों द्वारा प्रदत्त किये जाने और इसका कोई हिस्सा आम जनता को ना मिलना बढ़ती हुई नक्सलवादी हिंसा का एक बड़ा कारण है. विकास की समग्रता का नरेगा जैसी योजनाओं के माध्यम से बढाने की सोनिया जी की नीति, हिंसा में लिप्त नक्सलवादियों को मुख्य धारा में जोड़ने की नितीश जी की सलाह और सभी प्रयासों की विफलता के बाद उदंडों के विरुद्ध कड़े दंड का चिदम्बरी ऐलान, इन तीनो विचारों का संवेदनशील सूक्ष्म समन्वय ही इस ज्वलंत समस्या का हल है. नक्सलवाद के लिए उर्वरक मिर्जापुर क्षेत्र में आज सोनिया जी और राहुल जी दोनों मौजूद है, देखते है विकास की गंगा की कौन सी धारा वहां आज फूटती है. हमारे देश की गरीब जनता तो आज भी अपने हुक्मरानों से पूंछ रही है,
“कब हमने गुलिस्तां चाहा था, कब हमने बहारें माँगी थी,
एक गुल की तमन्ना थी हमको, वो भी तो चमन में पा ना सके.”

प्रिय राहुल, रिलायंस पावर प्रोजेक्ट यदि समय रहते लग जाता तो ना सिर्फ सारे प्रदेश को २४ घंटे सस्ते दामो में बिजली देता बल्कि इससे हज़ारो लोगो को रोजगार भी मिलता. बिना पूंजी निवेश के विकास नहीं हो सकता लेकिन सरकार को ऐसी नीति बनानी चाहिए जिससे कि पूँजी निवेशकों के साथ-साथ आम स्थानीय जनता को भी लाभ मिल सके. समाजवादी पार्टी की सरकार के दौरान मैने कुछ इसी तरह की “गन्ना नीति” बनवाई थी जिसमे उद्योगपतियों के साथ-साथ गन्ना किसानो को अधिक और समय से उनके गन्ने का मूल्य मिलना संभव हो पाया था.

I have read and read your this particular bolg. I am of the view if we learn from our past how we were a better and happy lot in our past probably we will have answer to many of our complex issues.
Crft and craftmanship are important gradient of our social networking and have been providing guidelines as to how we should see the progress and realte to hard core facts.
Today, if we take any segment of craftsmanship we take note of traditionalist things are fast getting eroded except where some efforts have been made and their skill have been put on the Indian/International market by some genuine people. Also, this art is going in to one particular community, who is mainly outsourcing it to the whole country. What ever one may say economy model is self sustaining of towns like Ferozabad, Merrut, Benaras, Bhadohi, Mirzapur, Rampur, Moradabad, Lucknow, Agra etc. to name a few from UP. Like wise, whole India has some specialties and it is keeping people united in North, South, East and West.
If we see above model of economic activity, then we may learn how to encounter management of Village economy. Basic craft was with the people and we have revert back to the people and give them best of the education and training and yet see that these core values and craftsmanship is retained in the people. If we miss then we are missing an opportunity for ever.
There is lot to learn from our old traditions. Only cleaner minds are required to do this as polluted ones will create dust storm.
I hope we you will dwell up on thsi subject more and take up from here where we almost leave things for almighy to take care.

In today’s context, all metros & bigger towns are being developed very fast in comparison with small towns & villages. The growing disparity is beyond control because now developement focuses more on cost benefit analysis in monetary aspects. All small towns & villages obviously fails. Even if developement is planned based on social & spiritual aspects, corruption at each level does not allow the developement to happen. Slowly & slowly, people are deprived on basic needs also. Naxal & voilence automatically take their position because of lack of vitamin B (Basic need) & vitamin D (Developement). Mr. Chitambaran, who is born, brought up & developed in GDP tries to solve the problem with Vitamin F & fails & fails.
