पिछले हफ्ते राजीव जी का जन्म दिन था. मेरी उनसे कुल एक मुलाक़ात थी. भाई गुलाम नबी आजाद के घर पर वह कई बार समाजवादी दल के प्रमुख से मिलते-जुलते थे और आखरी मुलाक़ात में साथ का वादा करके समाजवादी पार्टी ने सीधे प्रातःकाल राज भवन जा कर उत्तर प्रदेश की सरकार निरस्त करवा दी. ऐसा क्या था कि सपा सुप्रीमो से ले कर स्वर्गीय वी.पी सिंह तक कई निराशाएं राजीव जी के हाँथ लगी. असल में मेरे आंकलन में राजीव जी राजनेता थे ही नहीं, वह एक सज्जन, निर्मल एवं सह्रदय संवेदनशील व्यक्ति थे. आर्थिक उदारीकरण का श्रेय चाहे जो भी ले गया हो उसका बीजारोपण उन्होंने ही किया था, पंचायती राज व्यवस्था की नीव भी उन्होंने ही रखी थी. सोनिया जी द्वारा प्रस्तावित नारेगा योजना में कहीं ना कहीं, राजीव जी द्वारा मुम्बई कांग्रेस में व्यक्त उदगार कि “आम आदमी तक सरकारी योजनाओं का अधिकाँश धन नहीं पहुंच पाता”, उनकी इस उक्ति का प्रभाव अवश्य प्रेरणा श्रोत रहा होगा. १९८२ एशिआड बिना किसी झमेले के जिस सुचारू तरीके से निबटा उससे श्री सुरेश कलमाडी को सीख लेनी चाहिए. निश्चित रूप से राजीव जी स्वान्तः सुखाय अपनी मरजी से नहीं बल्कि देश सेवा की अनंत और असीमित संभावनाओं को ह्रदय में समेटे हुए मजबूरी में हमें छोड़ कर इस दुनिया से गए, उन्हें याद रखना एवं आतंकवाद के राक्षस से निरंतर लडने रहना ही उन्हें हमारी सच्ची श्रद्धांजली होगी.
मुझे सोनिया जी और राहुल जी के चरित्र में भी यही राजनैतिक अल्हडपन दिखता है. ममता बनर्जी जी के सिंगुर आंदोलन में मैने भी बढ़-चढ कर शिरकत की थी. ठीक उसी दौर में प्रधानमंत्री निवास पर समाजवादी-कांग्रेस समन्वय दल की बैठक में श्रीमती सोनिया गाँधी जी, प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह जी, वित्त मंत्री प्रणब दा, रक्षामंत्री ए.के, अंटोनी जी, प्रधानमंत्री सचिवालय के राज्यमंत्री श्री प्रथ्वीराज चौहान जी, सोनिया जी के राजनैतिक सचिव श्री अहमद पटेल जी, मेरे तब के नेता श्री मुलायम सिंह जी और मै मौजूद थे. किसी सन्दर्भ में ममता जी द्वारा किसानो के समर्थन में किये जा रहे आंदोलन और सुप्रसिद्ध टाटा उद्योग समूह के हितों की बात आने पर सोनिया जी ने स्पष्ट रूप से ममता जी के समर्थन में जोरदार वकालत करते हुए किसानों के हितों को ध्यान में रखने की सलाह दी थी.
गंगा और यमुना के मिलन पर पावन संगम की उत्पत्ति होती है. गंगा एक्सप्रेस हाईवे और यमुना एक्सप्रेस हाइवे के भ्रष्टाचार के संगम पर माया-मुलायम-जे.पी. के गठजोड पर बने संगम पर उत्तर प्रदेश में पश्चिम बंगाल की तर्ज पर कही एक नया सिंगुरी आंदोलन ना खडा हो जाए. ११८२ उजड़े गाँव, २५० नोटीफाइड गाँव और १.५ करोड उजड़ी जनता यमुना एक्सप्रेस हाइवे की चपेट में आएगी. राष्ट्रपिता कहते थे कि भारत की आत्मा गाँवो में बसती है. यहाँ भारत की आत्मा यानी भारत के गाँव का शहरीकरण पर्यटन के नाम पर किया जा रहा है. मुझे ताज्जुब नहीं होगा यदि जयप्रकाश जी इस परियोजना को ताज पर्यटन विकास के नाम पर “लास वेगास” बनाकर पेश ना कर दे. मुआवजे के रकम की गाड़ी और फटफटिया कितने दिनों तक चलेगी. धरती किसानो की माँ होती है और किसान अपनी इस माँ के गर्भ से कृषि उत्पादन का हीरा-मोती पुश्त दर पुश्त निकालता रहा है. वेतन आयोग यदि कर्मचारियों के वेतन की वृद्धि करता है तो दिल्ली के केन्द्रीय सचिवालय से लखनऊ के हज़रतगंज में बैठे बाबू को एक सी वृद्धि तनख्वाह में मिलती है. जब यमुना एक्सप्रेस वे एक परियोजना , सरकार वही एक दल बसपा की, मुख्यमंत्री इकलौती मायावतीजी और ठेकेदार इकलौता सेठ जयप्रकाश गौड़ तो नोएडा में एक दाम, टप्पल में दूसरा और आगरा में तीसरा दाम क्यों? यानी किसानों को दिए जाने वाले मुवावजे में दोगलापन नहीं तिगलापन, कैसे चलेगा? यह सुखद संयोग रहा कि मैने अनायास टिप्पणी की कि राहुल जी यहाँ टप्पल आएं और बिना सुरक्षा के किसानों के दर्द का मर्म लिए मेरे टप्पल पहुँचने के तीन घंटे के अंदर ही बिना किसी ताम-झाम के बारिश में भीगते राहुल जी किसानों के बीच दिखाई दिए.
पर्यावरण मंत्री भाई जयराम रमेश जी, आप तो बहुत तेज है, अब इस परियोजना में उजडते गाँव के कट रहे पेड़ों को बचाने के लिए ही पर्यावरण की दी गई स्वीकृति बराए करम रद्द कर दें, शायद किसानों की माँ यानी उनकी जमीन की लाज लुटने से बच जाए और वो आपको दुवाएं दें. इस परियोजना की परिकल्पना मायावती जी की पुरानी सरकार ने की थी और ढाई साल बाद जाते-जाते मुलायम सिंह जी ने इस पर मोहर लगाई थी. इसलिए यह भ्रष्टाचार माया-मुलायम-जे.पी. गठजोड का संगम है. उस समय मुलायम सरकार एवं पार्टी का हिस्सा होने के कारण, अपनी गल्ती मानते हुए मैने टप्पल में किसान भाइयों से सार्वजनिक माफी भी माँगी. इतनी जागरूकता कल टप्पल के बाद आगरा में दिखी कि मुझे लगता है कि किसानों की बोली माया सरकार की गोली पर भारी पड़ेगी क्योंकि,
“इतने बाजू इतने सर गिन ले दुश्मन ध्यान से, जीतेंगे हम हर बाजी जो खेले अपनी जान से”
और हाँ अंत में राहुल जी को किसानों के संघर्ष में शामिल होने के दृढ़ संकल्प पर मेरी हार्दिक बधाई.

मुलायम के माफी पर किया जा रहा है विचार
बृजमनगंज/फरेन्दा/गोरखपुर। पूर्व मंत्री आजम खां ने सोमवार को सपा में वापसी का संकेत दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सपा सुप्रीमो मुलायम सिंह यादव ने मुसलिम समुदाय से माफी मांग लिया है। अगर वे उसके मुताबिक कार्य करते हैं, तो वापसी से इंकार नहीं किया जा सकता।
वे फरेन्दा कसबे में स्थित इस्लामिया स्कूल परिसर में आयोजित रोजा इफ्तार के बाद पत्रकारों से बातचीत कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि रोजे के समय अधिक से अधिक लोगों की मुलाकात एक साथ हो जाती है। रोजेदार इस पवित्र महीने में नेकदिल से मिलते हैं और सच्चे दिल की बात करते हैं। आजम खां ने कहा कि मुलायम सिंह यादव ने माफी मांग लिया है। अब देखना है कि वे अपनी बात पर कायम रहते हैं या नहीं। अगर कोई व्यक्ति माफी मांगकर उस पर अमल भी करता है तो उसे माफ कर देना चाहिए। उन्होंने प्रदेश सरकार की खिंचाई करते हुए कहा कि ५०० करोड़ रुपये पार्क पर खर्च करने वाली सरकार पूर्वांचल को सिर्फ ५० करोड़ का पैकेज दे रही है। जौहर विश्वविद्यालय चार साल से तैयार है, लेकिन उसे मान्यता नहीं दिया जा रहा है। क्या इसमें केवल मुसलमान समुदाय के बच्चे ही पढ़ेंगे। ऐसा नहीं है। मान्यता न मिलने से हिंदुओं के बच्चों को भी दूर जाना पड़ता है। इस तरह की राजनीति सोच बदलनी होगी।

You are right that Mr. Rajiv Gandhi was not a politician therefore he was misled into dropping food packets on Sri Lanka. He violated the sovereignty of a friendly neighbouring country by doing so. What would be our reaction if Pakistan drops food packets in Sri Nagar? China dropped a few outdated food packets on our borders and we were unnerved. However, he was too gentle a man to fit into the skin of a politician.
He lost on all the counts. He was hit by a Sri Lankan soldier while he was inspecting guard of honour.The Tamil Tigers killed him.
We lost 3500 jawans in Sri Lanka too. It was a thankless job and we lost on every front. The fire of Sri Lanka swallowed him up just as the fire lit by Indira Gandhi in Punjab swallowed her. I met Giani Zail Singh several times and he had said that he had committed a mistake by inviting Rajiv Gandhi to be the Prime Minister of India. He was a gentleman and unaware of the snares which lay at every step in politics.

कई बार मिलने का प्रयास किया, मुलाकात हुई लेकिन हुआ कुछ नहीं | हमें पता नहीं था खून-खून को खीचता है | माननीय अमर सिंह जी ने हमारी पुकार सुनी | वे हमें वाराणसी से दिल्ली अपने साथ निजी विमान से लाये | यह हमारे जीवन कि पहली विमान यात्रा थी वह भी निजी विमान से तथा अमर सिंह जी के साथ अदभुद पल था | माननीय अमर सिंह जी को करीब से समझने का मौका मिला माननीय मुलायम सिंह जी से मुलाकात हुई | २७ लोधी स्टेट में हमें देख और हमारी बात सुन कर उन्होंने कहा कि तुम इतने मुसीबत में थे बताया क्यों नहीं ? सब एक हफ्ते में ठीक हो जायेगा , इस आश्वासन के बाद लगभग ८ ,माह तक उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्या मंत्री कि कुर्सी पर माननीय मुलायम सिंह यादव जी थे लेकिन कुछ नहीं हुआ , शायद मेरा यूज हो चूका था |
इस लिए थ्रो कर दिया गया|

Even Mr. . Rahul Gandhi said that our P.D.S is very poor and only 15% is actually reaching to the common people. We can put a question mark on congress that they have ruled majority of time in India and did nothing for PDS. They are only responsible for the corruption in our country. That is why all the scam in our country is in more than thousand crore. We will blame S.P for their Pariwarwad, Bjp for their communalizing. Bsp for their castsisom, left for their nerrowmindness. Other parties are small ,insignificant and ignorable. We can take them area wise. Today every one is well aware is that Amar Singh is well of himself, and a man who can help Amitabh ji financially need no money for himself. We will try to convince people that Amar singh needs no obligations. We will try to win their confidence and if we were able to convenience half of them we will get 10 % of vote .(10%)
In 55% who cast their vote , we can easily mold at least 20% of them who are young ,broad minded ,educated and really concern for the country.(11%)

Encephalitis deaths in UP due to a failed vaccine drive?
Since 2005, over 3,000 children have died of Japanese Encephalitis in the state. Experts believe the reason behind is a failed vaccine drive.
Every year, the Centre is unable to provide required number of vaccines on time. And whatever little arrives, even that is not fully used by the state.
”Yes, it has been some sort of failure, admits the state’s Additional Director (Health), UK Srivastav.
‘If the Centre could not provide the vaccine, isn’t it the duty of the state to source it? The vaccines cost barely 30-odd crores, which is nothing compared to the thousands of crores spent on building memorials. Or should the government simply let people die,” says Dr. RMD Agarwal, a paediatrician and a BJP MLA.
The first bad strike of Japanese Encephalitis came in the 2005 monsoons. To stem it, in 2006, a vaccination drive was introduced but reports suggest that only 35 per cent of children were actually immunized. For the next three years, no child got the vaccine.
And now in 2010, as the diseases returns with a vengeance, the vaccines the Centre had rushed to UP turned out to be of such poor quality that they were completely unusable.
The shocking negligence and complete apathy by the Centre and the state government has created a situation where hundreds of families keep walking in through the emergency doors of Gorakhpur Medical College and walking out. Many children have died, many others have become disabled for life.
The next vaccination drive is planned for November. It is now time the state and Centre stop playing politics with the lives of little children and put their efforts to check the spread of the deadly disease.
Why is Ms Sonia and great Rahul silent on this issue. Why has Rahul Gandhi not visited epidemic hit eastern U.P., neither the Health minister choose to visit that part of the country. Is it because there is no Kalawati there or Rahul fears of the disease or is it not Delhi or J&K where the Govt of the day should pay any heed to. Why are our own politicians silent on the issue. Is it not worth commenting or writing a blog Mr. Amar Singhji.

अमिताभ बच्चन ने अपने ब्लॉग पर लिखा है कि मेट्रो उनके घर ‘प्रतीक्षा’ के ऊपर से गुजरेगी, जिसकी वजह से उनकी प्राइवेसी के दिन खत्म होने वाले हैं। उन्होंने लिखा है , फाइनली अब यह हो रहा है। मुंबई नाम की नगरी में मेट्रो की पटरियां बिछाई जा रही हैं। कुछ जमीन के नीचे, कुछ जमीन के ऊपर। लेकिन असल समस्या भी यहीं है, यह प्रतीक्षा के ऊपर से निकलने वाली है। इसलिए अब प्राइवेसी को बाय बाय और मुसाफिरों को हेलो कहने का समय आ गया है।
अमिताभ की इस आपत्ति पर शिवसेना नेता संजय राउत ने कहा कि हर किसी को प्राइवेसी चाहिए लेकिन लोगों को होने वाली सुविधा को भी ध्यान में रखना होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि मुंबई को मेट्रो की जरूरत है। एमएनए के प्रवक्त नितिन सरदेसाई ने कहा कि विकास के काम को किसी एक व्यक्ति के लिए नहीं रोका जा सकता है। सरदेसाई ने कहा कि जब प्रॉजेक्ट को मंजूरी मिली थी तब तो अमिताभ ने कुछ भी नहीं कहा था तो अब क्यों आपत्ति जता रहे हैं।
