Unnecessarily, a lot being read in my resignation from various party positions (Parliamentary Board, Executive Committee, Spokesperson and General Secretary) by the media. I feel terribly overworked and stressed and post kidney transplant, my doctor’s advice is against this syndrome. My party has got many energetic general secretaries such as Reoti Raman Singh Ji, Mohan Singh Ji, Ramjilal Suman Ji, Sanjay Dutt Ji, and above all Ramgopal Ji to fill the slot vacated by me. Under the spell of scorching heat of 40 degree with 10 creatinine level and just 7 hemoglobin, I tirelessly worked for the party during 2009 Lok Sabha elections. I used to vomit whole day and was under dialysis. My lonely battle with death in company of some select close friends and my wife has taught me the value of life. Now, I think it’s high time I should get my earned leave from hectic pressure of party work. Unlike Congress and BJP, there is hardly any division of labour in my party. So far, I have given priority to my leader and party and now I want to do the same for my family and friends.

Finally curtains down on your political extragavanges. It was destined to happen. I have read it. I advised you too. But you said that you will fight out rather bow before others. In smaller parties these things are common. When out of power people tend to whether out. It is nothing you will see in times to come how SP will evaporate since in fighting would be maximising. After all ii was a family affair. So fight for money that you will leave will intesify. Big royalties like Udaipur, Jaipur etc. could not avoid it, how SP can do it. It is a question of wealth generated under your stewardship that will become bone of contention and rightly it will disappear.
Same fate hangs for Maya too. But who is prepared to take this call now. We Indians will see this happening. When people have tasted power and have to fade out they feel betrayed.

I read each one of your blogs. Clearly you seems to be hinting that you have not got your due at SP. And may be off-late, people were even attacking your self respect. And as Chankya has said, your shall not stay at a place where you do not get respect. So your decision to withdraw a bit seems correct.
If you work in an organization for years, you get taken for granted. Like wives are taken for granted, even when they take care of bulk of day to day work at homes!! There is no equitable division of work there as well.
Time and again history has proved that no individual is above organization. Especially in politics, there is rarely an example where an individual has quit an established organization and set-up much bigger and successful political party. Who remembers Uma Bharti now?
With so many years of political experience that you have and at least 20 years of political career ahead of you, it will be hard to imagine that you will quit politics. Your joining any other party will only lead to bad blood with SP and the most hurt person will be you. I can tell you that organizations have no emotions but individuals do have..and in that case it it you.
My one cent of advise will be, you please take rest for sometime and rest means rest sir!! No blogging as well (I am sure each and every interaction here on blog will also generate a lot of emotion in you and may impact you).
Once you reflect back you will surely realize that SP is the place you belong and you need SP as much as SP needs you!!!
You are amongst the few talented politicians in India, who can make a positive difference. It will be a loss for country to loose you as a politician!!

मुलायमसिंह यादव खुद इस बात को स्वीकार चुके हैं कि उन्हें मुलायम सिंह बनाने और समाजवादी पार्टी को बढ़ाने मैं अमरसिंह कीभूमिका सबसे ऊपर हैं. वैसे मुलायम अपने भाइयों की बयानबाजियों से भी परेशान रहे हैं. शिवपाल यादव तो मुलायम से छोटे होने के कारण खामोश हैं लेकिन प्रोफेसर साहब(रामगोपाल यादव) किसी की नहीं सुनते. लोकसभा चुनाव के वक्त मुलायम सिंह यादव ने अमर सिंह का महत्व सर्वोपरि बताते हुए पार्टी के संस्थापक सदस्य रहे रामपुर के राजकुमार आजम खान तक से दूरिया बना कर उन्हें पार्टी से निकल दिया था.
आग में घी का काम बुर्जुआ समाजवादियों ने भी किया. पार्टी के थिंक टैंक मोहन सिंह ने उन्हें कार्पोरेट कल्चर का नेता बताया तो अमर सिंह ने भी पलटवार किया था. ‘घर के बर्तन खटकते रहते हैं’ की बात कहकर मुलायम सिंह घरेलू और बाहरी मोर्चों पर लड़ाई में अभिमन्यु बन गए. पिछले महीनो में जब अमर सिंह सिंगापूर में अपनी किडनी का ऑपरेशन करवाने गए थे तब समाजवादी पार्टी का कोई नेता वह झाकने भी नहीं पहुंचा यह अमर सिंह को और आह़त करने वाली बात थी.
वैसे अमर सिंह भी उस स्तर के राजनेता हैं जो वक्त की नब्ज पकड़ सकता हैं, सो उन्होंने मुलायम और समाजवादी पार्टी को कई मौके अपने स्तर पर दिए. राजनितिक उपेक्षा अमर सिंह को केवल घरेलू मोर्चे पर ही नहीं मिली. केंद्र सरकार को समाजवादी पार्टी के समर्थन के बावजूद उनकी कांग्रेस और अन्य सहयोगी दलों ने कई बार किरकिरी की हैं.
इस इस्तीफे का दूसरा पहलू यह भी हैं की अमर सिंह दबाव की राजनीती के पक्के खिलाडी हैं. बकौल मुलायम सिंह यादव ‘ उन्होंने पहले भी इस्तीफा दिया था और हमने उन्हें मान लिया था.’ लेकिन लगता हैं कि इस बार ठाकुर ने मुलायम सिंह समेत पूरी समाजवादी पार्टी को उलझा दिया हैं. स्थिती ऐसी बन गयी हैं कि यदि मुलायम सिंह उनसे इस्तीफा वापस लेने को कहते हैं तो अमर सिंह उसे दृढ़ता से इंकार करने कि ठान चुके हैं जिससे मुलायम की नाक नीची होना हैं. बहरहाल राजनीतिज्ञ इस मामले में अपनी-अपनी समझ के हिसाब से प्रतिक्रिया दे रहे हैं. कभी समाजवादी पार्टी का प्रमुख स्तम्भ रहे और अब कांग्रेस से सांसद बेनी प्रसाद वर्मा के शब्दों में ‘ वे ऐसा नाटक पहले भी कर चुके हैं’.
इस इस्तीफा काण्ड का हश्र चाहे जो भी हो कम से कम दिल्ली कि ठंढ के मौसम में ठंडी पड़ चुकी राजनीति में कुछ तो गर्माहट आई हैं. हालाँकि कोहरा अभी गहरा हैं और पद छोड़ने कि सलाह देने वाले डॉक्टर का चेहरा भी उसमे साफ़ नजर नहीं आ रहा.

My personl view is that one should not distroy what one has created/establised after years of hard work. I don’t know what exactly is the issue behind this resignation. There might be enough reason for you to take this step. The core of the matter should be to ‘PROTECT WHAT YOU HAVE CREATED’……..like your own child. You are one of the opportunist politicians in India.
After left withdrew its support to UPA Government, you find every reason to support UPA. Immediately before election, you find every reason to go alongwith opportunistic leaders like Lalu Yadav and Ram Vilas Paswan. I must thank people of India, who did not vote your front, as it was just a forum to get an upperhand in post election fragile government. However, electorate are wise enough and they gauged your actions and gave a fitting reply to you.
Now once not in power, you must be feeling suffocated and hence might have decided to leave as GS of SP. You may throw sugar coated statements that you have not resigned from primary membership of the party.

My gut feeling says that health was not your primary reason to quit the party. It is just an alibi for you to escape the clutches of Mulayam.
I understand that you may not be able to share everything at this point of time, and I know that you will write a book sometime down the line counting your bad experiences in the party.

Bahuguna (Though his son and daughter forget his struggle and ideology) but we garhwali still follow his ideology of samajwad as HNB himself was a great follower of Lohiya G. and many people had smelled tat SAMAJWAD in my childhood. So if you plan to form real Samajwad I sure many youth like me will join you in garhwal region. You did a good job to not resign from membership as u can form real Samajwad.

I would like to say one thing, if tommorow sachin will resign from the indian team, then it will be the lost of indian team.
as per as my understanding you were the most powerfull pillar of samajwadi party.i think because of you,congress got sucess in showing majority on the floor last year.
i know you are the real hero who helped lot to the poors.
peopel like amitab,anilambani.sanjay dutt is close to you it means there is something in you and because of your relationship, this team had done lot of help to samajwadi party.

Mera naam Deepak Tiwari hai, main 30 saal ka hoon aur Varanasi ka rahne wala hoon. Main Apne maa ka eklauta beta hoon. Main Delhi me job karta tha ki achanak mere zindage me ke bahut badi ghatna ghati jo ki aapse milti julti hai. Mera dono “Kidney” fail ho gayi. Jiske wajah se meri job Chali gaye aur mujhe apne home town “Vanaras” aana pada. Yahan mera treatment BHU me 1 saal se chal raha hai. Meri wife Donar thi. Shuru me sab kuch theek chala aur laga ki sab kuch theek ho jayeaga. Saare test karane ke baad last test(Cross match) Positive aa gaya jisse ki kidney transplant nahi ho saka. Isse financially loss to hua hi saath hi donar problem hui. Phir jab koi chara nahi mila to mujhe apne maa jo ki “60 years” ki hain unka sahara lena pada. Since meri 2 saaal ki beti mere samne hai mujhe apne maa ko apna donar ke roop me accept karna pada, par financially hum bahut hi weak ho gaye hai .Kuch relatives ki madad mili but that was not sufficient. Is samay hum financially bahut hi weak ho gaye hain. Mera 1 saal se Dialysis week me 3 times ho raha hai, aur Dialysis karate karate main bahut hi kamjoor ho gaya hoon.
Amar sir ye guhaar main aapse isliye kar raha hoon kyonki main apni dusiri zindagi apni wife aur daughter ke liye jeena chahta hoon.Meri helplessness aapse acchi tarah koi nahi samajh sakta hai as “you have gone through the same thing”. Mujhe aap se kuch financially support jararoot hai . Aap please apne keemti samay me se kuch samay nikal kar is letter ko jaroor padhiyega aur ispe gaur kijiyega.

First : We never try to Identifying ourselves with a religion, We are using only some words like Thakur or Kunwar as per our age because of our traditions,
we can’t turn our face from our traditions n History, as India known in entire world for its traditions and culture.
Second : If you are talking about my proud on Shri Amar Singh Ji for his Rajput cast, than let me clear I like to him as a person, I like him because our political and social thoughts are similar, but as a Rajput he is like as a respected family member for me.
And what is wrong if our cast having a leader like as Shri Amar Singh Ji, its a proud for us, if you know recent Indian political system from Panchayat to Parliament working on cast based factor, election tickets and further ministries being allocated with main with maintaining cast balance in all parties, are you aware about this?? Than why are u expecting from rajputs and its leaders to not think about cast.
Yes, today our Rajput cast too much needy for a strong real political leader and finally we got it as a Shri Amar Singh Ji., And same is explored by me in my comments.

He is NOT a cast or religion biased leader, HE is a GLOBAL leader with global thought.
