New buildings with installed cranes are stalled probably due to economic melt down in Dubai. But, surprisingly still many infrastructure projects are uninterrupted indicating that this beautiful city is likely to come back on track very soon. Wonderful infrastructure, beautiful ambiance and large number of tourists do not reflect any burden of finance on Dubai.
Jayaji checked in earlier than Amitji and Anil left for Goa with promise to come back again to be with us at least for a day. Just received a call from Sanju, he will be joining us along with Manayta on 1stJanuary. Mrs. Krishna Raj Kapoor’s 80th birthday is tomorrow and entire Kapoor family is here in Dubai to celebrate the day. We will be spending our evening with Kapoors. Bachchans are closely related to Kapoors as our daughter Shweta is married to Nikhil who is grandson of late Shri Raj Kapoor.
Off late my level of sensibility and sense of political responsibility has taken a back seat. I have learnt to take personal criticism in my stride and for the first time in my political career I am giving more preference to my family and in bargain I have chosen to ignore council elections in my native state of Uttar Pradesh. No one is indispensable. I am desperate to create my political dispensability in order to avoid unnecessary tension and lot of hard work which is detrimental to my present health situation and is against my doctor’s advice. I am an eternal optimist and that is why in present situation of absolute pessimism of political downfall. I want to reinvent myself as family oriented person

Hope you both families enjoying your time in Dubai. Indeed it is a homely place where one feels at ease and comfort, more so due to its close proximity to India, and its familiar social environment.
Dubai has been a dream destination for millions of skilled and unskilled Indian workers since early 70s or may be still earlier. To a large extent, people of India have been instrumental in evolving this country from a desolated desert place to its present state of affluence. The previous generations of the natives who witnessed the transformation still acknowledges and appreciate contribution of Indian people.
Other than the Wealth and Job opportunities, the highlight of Dubai and the Middle East is that one can see amalgamation of people from the Sub-Continent. Indians and Pakistanis work and live together as friends, they talk similar, they look similar, their emotions are similar, their family values are similar, and most importantly their liking for films is similar. Majority of them watch Hindi films and are fan of Amitabh Bachchan and Sharukh Khan and others alike. At times they feel embarrassed too when they remember their countries are at loggerheads with each other.
The only time they can become cause of worry for their employers is when India and Pakistan play cricket match. They are separated from working together in the same shift for that day.
Let us wish for friendly relationship between the two.

As far as economic melt down is concern…we hope Dubai will recover very fast….But Sir We were alive and kicking during recession because of our unity in diversity….we have open mind for acceptibilty and at the same time we have people to oppose it …..you need not to go anywhere u will find these two types in the family itself……………My mother prefers SBI only…..I have account with private bank…….same with our democacy……These equilibrium may not growth of 90 degree but at the same time promotes our basic for long term with greater stability….
God Bless Kapoors……when this family get together then the sight is totaly different…..It looks like indian hindi cinemas history/future/present…style kings/actors all are standing together……….they are perfect actors in their own (not copied) style…..they are not dancers but they (all of them) can dance very well in any song………….
Politician……………Most talented human being in my opinion because……they know how to take people along with them specially in todays world when no one have time for you….. They are good adminstrators …….they live with fame and defame together which is very difficult, many people are afraid of defame…….there is only one seat available in the entire area/constituency so they play with win-lose situation always unlike other fields where many people can win together……..One good politician can easily handle many corrupted politician…eg. Atal Bihari Vajpayee managed NDA with many different thought / parties…… Sonia gandhi with silent behaviour is ruling / managing her congress man which is indeed a very difficult task…………
After all we cant say the standard of politics is going up or down because………. politician is a shadow of the lacks of people who elected him (assuming fair election process)…….

डिअर सर , आपसे पिछली पोस्ट में जो बात कही थी, थैंक्स कि आपने उसका रिप्लाई किया, सर क्या आपको नहीं लगता कि समाजवादी पार्टी को एक प्रोपर मेकओवर की जरुरत है , सर अगर आप पार्टी में पिछड़े वर्ग को ज्यादा अधिकार प्राप्त पद दे और एक सर्जरी इस प्रकार की करे की एक स्पेशल बिरादरी का पार्टी पे जो बर्चस्व है वो वास्तविक रूप से ख़तम हो सके , आपका जो बेस वोट लाइन है वो तो हमेशा आपके साथ रहेगा लेकिन अदर बैकबर्ड क्लासेस को अपने साथ सम्मान के साथ जोड़ने के लिए उनके नए उभरते लीडर्स को अधिकार प्राप्त नेता बनाना होगा , जोकि अपनी कास्ट को आगे ये भरोसा दिला सके की आपकी सुरक्षा के लिए और आपके अधिकारों के लिए हम इस पार्टी में है और ये पार्टी आपकी अपनी है….और आपका हित पार्टी में सदैव सुरक्षित है…….समाजवादी पार्टी के सत्ता में आते ही एक जाति विशेष के लोगो द्वारा अन्य बिरादरी के लोगो का उत्पीडन एकाएक बढ जाता है भले ही वो जाति विशेष के लोग समाजवादी पार्टी के मेम्बर न हो…अगर पिटने वाला पार्टी का मेम्बर है तब भी उसको उत्पीडन सहना होगा….ये जमीनी सच्चाई है जिसको ग्राउंड लेवल पे दूर करे विना सत्ता की राह अब समाजवादी पार्टी के लिए आसन नहीं होगी……सर छोटा मुंह और बड़ी बात लेकिन कुछ सुझाव मेरी तरफ से है……
1 — UP में समाजवादी पार्टी के जिला पदाधिकारियों में जाति विशेष के लोगो का प्रभाव कम करे.
2 — पिछड़ी जाति के लोगो को पोवेर्फुल पदों पे बिठाये.
3 — गली मोहल्लो के स्टार पे ऐसे गुंडों को चिन्हित करे जो पार्टी के सरकार बनते ही आम लोगो को परेशान व उत्पीडित करते है . उन अराजक तत्वों को और उनको संरक्षण देने वाले नेताओ को समझाया जाये कि आपकी वजह से ही आज पार्टी पॉवर में नहीं है.
4 — अपने विधायको और सांसदों को बताया जाये कि ऐसे गुंडों को संरक्षण न दे जो सरकार बनने के बाद आम जनता का उत्पीडन करते है
5 — प्रमुख पिछड़ी जातियों के लोगो को प्रदेश स्तरीय पदों पे भेजा जाये और ग्राउंड वर्क के लिए सारे प्रदेश में दौरे कराये जाये .
6 — समाजवादी पार्टी के अन्दर दलित प्रकोष्ठ को सक्रिय किया जाये.
7 — समाज के निचले तबके से गुंडागर्दी का भय ख़तम किया जाये

If we like to blame, and single out one single reason which has pushed the world to grave economic crisis in 2008-09 since economic crisis faced by the world 30’s, what comes to our, mind it is “Greed”.
Greed is the worst enemy of mankind, Evil Power of Greed has effected functioning, brought instability, and insecurity to individuals, families, and nations. Unless the human race is toned to behave more rationally.
One good virtue that will curb “Greed” and develop us as better human beings is “Share”.
Greed shrinks us in all respects. But the nature to share with fellow humankinds, from what we are blessed with, gives the glow to our being.
In this respect I wrote in one of my webs few years back ” Share Before you Shrink”.
Dubai was no different from other past of the world that where effected badly.
Dubai its approach to the style of enterprise and projections of growth and opportunity, pushing the bar of opportunity and growth to levels which the human intellect could not resist.
Trouble was due to speculative and fictitious projections of profits to allow them to jack up the base prices to levels abnormal.
Engineering technique to pressurize, inducing sense of getting deprived of opportunity in the minds of investors who had seen Dubai has the paradise to grow the tree of money at the fastest speed. Most of them from , Europe, and Saudi Arabia.
They are today in a state of shock, they feel cheated. There will be a great adjustment and confidence building, exercise needed before the Investor gain confidence in the word “ Dubai.” It is sad that Dubai one of the biggest success stories of this century has to see such low.
The Culprit on either side of the game was “Greed” The Investor and the Provider both
where plagued by Greed.
I am optimistic, like you Amarji, soon, this city will bounce back , Like you saw, the tourist in Dubai this holiday season, I hope we will see Melas of Investors like in the past too, to support its revival at the earliest.

I am an avid reader of Amitji’s blog and today is my 226th day with him….
I work in Abu Dhabi in the Oil and Gas Sector and of course Dubai is my favourite destination for taking a break…Dubai never sleep, His Highness Sheikh Mohammad is the visionary of Dubai and his clear cut thoughts and great seeker of modernisation has seen Dubai grow leaps and bounds. The present Financial Crisis may have hit Dubai but yet you will see the works continue, they might have slowed down a bit but works continue.
A safe place with so many expatriates is yet another catch of the law and order control.
Glad to note that all in the family have gathered up to shower love and affection on Mrs Raj Kapoor. May New Year Usher happiness to u , ur wife, daughter and the entire family of yours. The most outspoken political person with a clean heart is the title i would confer on you.
May you carry on with will power, council elections will come and go, family unity is the priority and togetherness feeling is the ultimate.

I am always fascinated by your larger than life living, connections, enterprises and economic social mobility. There has to be an inherently amazing magnetic quality, that attracts these luminaries to you.
Coming from a family of civil servants and honest ones at those, who would rather own only 3 sets of clothing for themselves and their family members than sell thier soul to the devil, I feel great unrest and a desire to give back to my country in the form of service.

He will be rule over the world for twenty seven years.” According to a Hadeeth, Sayyidena Eesa (A.S.) will lead the Janaazah of Imam Mahdi (A.S.). While the people will be pledging their allegiance to Imaam Mahdi, a voice from the unseen will call out:
“This is the representative of Allah,
The Mahdi, listen to him and obey him”
This announcement which will be heard by all those present will establish his authenticity. Another sign which will indicate the authenticity of Imaam Mahdi will be that in the Ramadan prior to his emergence an eclipse of the sun and moon will occur.
Ja’far al-Sadiq, the Sixth Imam, made the following prophecies:
Abu Bashir says: When I asked Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq, “O son of the Messenger of God! Who is the Mahdi (qa’im) of your clan (ahl al-bayt)?”, he replied: “The Mahdi will conquer the world; at that time the world will be illuminated by the light of God, and every were in which those other than God are worshipped will become places where God is worshiped; and even if the polytheists do not wish it, the only faith on that day will be the religion of God. He said: When the Mahdi appears he will follow in the path of the Messenger of God. Only he [the Mahdi] can explain the works of the Messenger of God
His [the Mahdi's] aim is to establish a moral system from which all superstitious faiths have been eliminated. In the same way that students enter Islam, so unbelievers will come to believe.
When the Mahdi appears, God will cause such power of vision and hearing to be manifested in believers that the Mahdi will call to the whole world from where he is, with no postman involved, and they will hear and even see him.
No one put a specific date on the coming of Imam Mahdi OR Imam Mehndi OR Imam Al Mehndi.
