Politics in India has become a family business and media has been raising this issue time and again. The Samajwadi Party has also received the brunt of similar allegations for the rise of few members of Netaji’s family, particularly his son Akhilesh.
Akhilesh is now third time MP and has distinction of winning from 2 Loksabha seats in 2009. Akhilesh entered Parliament for the first time in 2000 after wining bye-election. Since then he has presented himself as people friendly and tech savvy politician. He has been in forefront of Samajwadi party’s struggle for the welfare of Kisan and Naujawan. Do these developments not speak for themselves? Same is the case with Shivpal Singh; today he is one of very few grassroots politician in Uttar Pradesh. Shivpal may not fit into ideal typical format of white color politician but if connecting with people means leadership then he is the true leader. Is it not the voter that judges the caliber of a politician regardless of family affiliations, bloodlines and other such frivolous trivialities in the political war zone?
Why should a perfectly capable young, energetic leader like the charismatic Akhilesh be the victim of being unfairly assessed by other parties and agencies lest we forget Sachin Pilot, Jyotiraditya, Jiten Prasad, Dushyant Singh etc. Recently, sons and daughters of Chhagan Bhujbal, Gopinath Munde, Vilasrao Deshmukh, Late Pramod Mahajan, and President Mrs. Pratibha Patil were fielded in Maharashtra assembly elections. I don’t have any problem with any one of them throwing their hat in politics as long as they are meritorious and have commitment to serve the people. Take the case of Rahul Gandhi, who was initially criticized by the same media which now considers him being capable of assessing and steering the direction of the Nation.
Truth be told, and now is the time to out a dirty little secret we know but rather not talk about- the criteria of a family gaining momentum in Indian politics. Aren’t all political families in our democracy the elite of society? Are class, caste and family affiliations going to decide the future of Indian polity? Why should Akhilesh Singh Yadav be singled out for being a son of a soil, for being one with the people, for being a voice worthy of reckon and mention? I for once refuse to sit back and witness the elite attempt to quash the real people of this nation. Think wisely, results speak louder than actions, and words whisper forthcoming actions, but division, segregation and influenced, biased selection can only promise hollow words, inefficient actions and ineffective purported results.

Dear Amar Singhji,
I support your views.
Regrds,

Yes, blood group does not matter. But, why do u think Mr Akhilesh wins election? Out of so many party workers why Mr Akhilesh become No 2 in SP? Why Mr Rahul Gandhi became no 2 in congress? Why only Mr Sachine Pilot, Junior Sindhia etc only young faces of congress? why not any other young aam Admi? Same is true with almost all the political parties.
You used word “distinction” for winning from 2 seats in same election. Why anyone specially big guys like Akhilesh, Sonia, Lalu etc choose to contest from two places? Because they get two chances to win and EC must ban contesting from multiple places. And if they win from both the places, you people add word “distinction”.
Now why Mr Akhilesh wins election. Did he work at grass root level at those places from where he won? If your party will give so much important to those places, when you people are in power there is more power supply than big cities like Lucknow, Kanpur etc, all roads are all the time up to date etc then why people from those place will not vote you?
There is a lot to say…but …
had akilesh not son of mulayamji he would have never entered politics he is an mba , but to run the family business of up politics he has to join
Dear Sir,
I agree to your beautiful explanation….
To my opiion the basic qualification / eligibility to become politician / leader are :-
— acceptibility ( by people and own party members)
— environment in which politician works
— equal acceptance for fame and defame because the day one join politics ..opposition will start allegations which may or may not true
— he need his / her parents moral support which is difficult to find now a days
— loyality / bond of life lond service to the party ie life commitment to one party
— road map for development/service to the soil/country or state..
— should have a dedicated coach to guide how to swim across the ocean of politics.
Sir,
These points are always there in the blood of poloitical leaders and it may take several years for any other individual to learn.
Problem is that……Today Many people and politician think Polotics means Power…..I say it indeed a big power with bigger responsibility / credibility.
If u talk about rahul and akhilesh…I think they are more into fields now a days as compare to their parents or any other politician…they are trying to change the definitions of politics…rather they are making it a project called DISCOVER MODERN INDIA by going into villages …knowing people and finding young talent.
People those who blame blood relation in politics… should know how many people motivate their children to become politician….because they know it is not a secured govt job or any other profession with certain future…..
Hope this is enough…..
Regards
Sunil
Dear Amarsingh Ji,
I think iam not elgible to comment on this subject
Namaste Amar Singh Ji,
First of all I wish you a very Happy New Year and hope you have recovered well from your operation.
I am an avid reader of your column in Hindu and it was nice to find that you write a blog.Your simple yet informative style of writing is a treasure for readers like me.I am hoping to read more of your writings through the blog as well the editorials.
And regarding your article I thoroughly agree than one should be judged though the work he/she does. Its certainly not wise to criticize someone just because he is someone’s daughter or son.I believe that in Indian politics very few people who are young and capable switch to politics to serve the people hence make sacrifice for people. So having capable and educated people like Rahul gandhi,Sachin Pilot,Akhilesh Yadav or Jyotiraditya Scindia is a sign that the future on India lies in able hands.
Shri Amar singh ji… i have been reading your blog from last few weeks. i am one of the 5 students who stared anti reservation students movement in 2006. we have known now almost top politicians and their mindsets.
i may agree for your relentless support for akhilesh yadav. i personally do not see anything wrong with shri shivpal singh yadav or akhilesh yadav standing in politics along with shri mulayamshing yadav.. they have done their due by being invloved with people through out years as their full time careers. but youngster like me see a serious wrong when your party fields wife of akhilesh yadav from a seat. This is vere dynasty politics gets a wrong image. she is not a political worker or have been associated with politics.
I hope you will think over this critical appraisal. you have a brilliant mind.. like every politicians you may be corrupt or you may do many things but still you have a mind and a foresight which is rare in politicians..and people accept the brilliant talent of yours.. use that to revive your party.. and think outside UP you can create a opportunity for your party
i knw u from orkut..but ur wrong sir…
HEZ MORE OF A SOCIALITE THAN A POLITICIAN..HALF OF THE YRS HEZ OUT OF THE COUNTRY…
AND AS U POINTED OUT RIGHTLY WAT AKHILESH YADAV’S WIFE DID FOR THE PEOPLE WHEN SHE CANT EVN RPLY TO REPORTERS ON HER OWN…
AMAR SINGH JEE…BUNDELKHAND KE BAREIN NMEIN B SOCH LO KBHI THODA TYM MILE TOH…
Dear Amar Singhji,
I totally support your views.
Regards,
Pratik.
PS : My previous comment disappeared, i don’t know how !!!
Dear Amarsinghji,
Appreciate your views and politics in viens as the title.
I strongly believe that every individual has his own identity and will be able to move ahead only because of his individual capability.Be it Bollywood where we have the likes of Abishek Chopra and Abishek Bachan, both having the family but who moves ahead is one who has the true potential beyond the surname he uses. Similarly for Rahul Gandhi, who is what he is today because of he is moving slowly up the ladder and is well connected with base. I believe Akhilesh too wants to follow the same model but at some point, he needs to come out of the image of son of ” Mr.Mulayam Singh” and create his identity. He needs to address issues and make individual opinions on subject matters..only then will people start recognizing and hearing voice of Akhilesh. The future and horizon of Indian politics will change in times to come and will not be the same as has remained in past 15 years..
Dear Sir,
Its true to say that some of the persons or more specifics some Politician garner more media attention but I would also like to let you know that they garner it not due to their blood group but also by their deeds and they never complained about caste creed colour religion or any other distinction or discrimination.
Its true that Akhilesh is being mostly ignored by media inspite of being having good political sense and success but there might always be some shortcomings which is neede to be looked after.
I wish Akhilesh a success in his future as I have attended many of his election rally as He is a good samatarian and also well wisher of common man
With regards
Respected, Firstly congratulation to start blogging. Sharing of views with people of India or opportunities to the people no where in the country. So, We congratulate once again for blogging.
It is no doubt, that you are a famous politicians and hope for S.P. lead by Mulayam Singh but at the same time, it is facts that you are known as ‘BROKER’ in the political field.
Clarifications required in the sensitive question.
But don’t take it otherwise, please.
You did not write your name in your ID. I am here to react to such sensitive and derogatory opinion about me, so never mind mentioning it. I think I have already responded against this charge in earlier posts and would again talk about it some time later.
Amar Singh ji,
There is a bigger problem.
What appals me if the rate at which relatives of politicians getting tickets in each coming elections. At this rate shortly there will be a time when all members of parliament would be either wife, son, daughter or other close relative of earlier politician.
Well people may argue whats going with it as all of them would have been respectfully elected by the people of this country.
I see a problem in this because a sound and heathy democracy progression from gram panchyat level to zilla, state assembly and final to parliament should be done. This would ensure we have higly experienced and hands on representative and are aware, connected and experience at ‘grass root level’ (the real meaning).
This has been the case earlier on but we are missing this link when we see the present trend of ‘bhai bhatija wad’.
Having all MPs as Howard studied will not benefit Indian democracy. How many of these sons and daughters of politicians struggled in heat & dust to understand people’s problems.
Regarding Akhilesh ji, coming from UP I know he is an excellent human being, very down to earth though he needs to create his own independent image in this vast sea of Indian politics.
Adab Arz
I have great respect for your because you spoke for Muslims even when in the wake of Batla house case, when nobody was willing to speak, you did.
You have always spoken for Muslims and raised our voice, rather than the so-called useless Muslim leaders.
BUT. There is a big but here. I don’t understand why should Dimple, a non-entity be imposed. Even Mr Akhilesh has hardly seen an understanding of Muslim issues.
The biggest problem is that Urdu is our mother tongue and took birth in UP but it’s the sole state where Urdu medium schools are not allowed though other states have thousands of them.
Has Akhilesh or rest of SP leaders ever taken note of it? Why they don’t take action. The party was in power in UP and they could have reversed the old order.
In three-language forumala, Sanskrit is introduced and one can’t read Urdu. And children have no alternative but to go to Madarsas. Slowly your party is also getting out of touch with Muslims. Now your party functions don’t have Urdu banners or posters.
But I respect you for your conviction. I would have one Amar Singh in parliament rather than the useless 40 Muslim MPs.
Yes the media does target Akhilesh Yadav, but that is because he has not yet proved himself to be a capable leader like Rahul Gandhi,Milind Deora or Sachin Pilot.Today we know so much about these leaders, courtesy tv debates and media coverage. But we dont know much about Akhilesh other than the fact that he is Mulayam ji’s son and hence this fact is highlighted. But in a few years if he proves his leadership skills, this will become irrelevant
Good bouncer. I duck.
but the ball hit my head and this is what comes out….
I wish them great power provided they know it is a great responsibility towards others and not to increase their own swiss bank balances, accumulate assets, build statues.
The leader who owned a bicyle or 1 BR flat before election and after elected owns overnight fleet of cars, acres of land , assets can ever be termed as a responsible leader? haw…haw…Why is there no law, order, rules, regulations, CBI enquiry on these so called leaders? Democracy should be to free innocent people or to protect thieves?
Regards
Mario
Dear Amarda
I would disagree with you on this point. I am not against Akhilesh but I am with thousands if not millions of unknown faces who are better than Akhilesh in every aspect but would never be given a seat even from your party because they lack the right colors and lineage.
I wouldnt go very far Amarda, I would take you as an example. Your journey from Kolkata via Bhopal to Delhi had been one of struggle and determination.
Would it have been possible for you to get a ticket to fight the elections during those days, yet you were far better than any of those veterans elected to parliament.
Akhilesh is a great guy, a person with impeccable credentials but he still remains the son of Netaji.
My apologies Amarda but that remains a glaring fact.
Amitabh
Hello Mr. Singh,
This is my first visit to your blog and above article is the first article I read on your blog. I must tell you that the first thought crossed my mind while reading this blog was that I am reading the views of a strong advocate of Mulayam Singh and Son and Family. Please mind that you are not the only one who says like this for his/her family in politics.
Anyway, I read some other articles too that sounds more like a blog from a good politician. I very much support a writting that is free from bias and every writer must acknowledge that.
Best Regards,
Dear Shri Amar Singh Ji,
Good to read your blog lest it had so many questions the answers to which have not been provided in your write up.
I totally disagree on the point you made about Akhilesh yadav . There are thousands of deserving educated youth , well learnt and certainly with better foresight for india’s future than your party’s youth mascot . If i may ask you had Mr akhilesh not been netaji’s son and part of the dynastic politics would your party given him a ticket to contest even for a Local Municipality election forget 2 tickets from Firozabad and Kannauj respectively. If Mr mulayam singh yadav is not promoting Dynastic politics then what was the reason of contesting his daughter in law … is your party devoid of any better candidate then her ??
The Problem with your party and for that matter any party in this country remains the same … I suggest that in Representation of Peoples Act an amendment should be made that only Kin and relatives of former PM, CM’s and MP’s shall be eligible to contest to public offices at least that shall end this never ending discussion once and for all that dynastic politics is being promoted .
In this race for power the democracy and its core elements are being shown the door.
SIR,
LOOK AROUND YOU..U HVE PPL (AMITABH,AMBANI)WHO ARE MASTERS IN THEIR FIELD….BE 50% OF WAT THEY ARE ..ND U.P WUD CHNGE I THINK..
MATLAB I GET SHOCKED SEEING THOSE REPORTS OF HUNGER,POVERTY IN U.P AREA…BUT U DONT DO ABT THEM ANYTHING….U MEET THEM UPFRONT STIL UR HEART DONT MELT??
GETTING ELECTED….RESIGNING…PUTTIN DUMMY CANDIDATE(UR WIFE)….THATS WAT U PPL ARE DOING….AMRINDERS & BADALS ARE DOING SAME IN PUNJAB…
Amarsingh, no one should stop and hinder the progress of young politicians. I believe they have a lot to offer than some old ones who merely are warming seats and deriving benefits from the government.
The young of today will be leaders of tomorrow.
So good luck to Akilesh and he should be supported like Rahul Ghandi to win their respective seats in parliament.
Regards to you and the Family.

Amarji Namashkar,
What use is any blood group, if the vein can not be traced ???
Politics is a game that can be only played by the real Khiladi…
I not only look to build relations in bonding via this platform to know the Amar Singh in Politics.. But the real human ordinary Amarji.. the family man.. For me that’s more precious.. than the political side, which is just an insight of your profession. But I support your views today as you mentioned my dear totally.. It remains an eye opener for us mortals living abroad and far from the democracy.
Have a peaceful day
My lov as always

I hope this blog is not coz Mr Mulayam singh is being criticized now for dynastic politics. What you have to say about Akhilesh’s wife ?
There is no denying the fact that most of these people get votes because of their ancestral lineage but to prove their mettle they have to work for their constituents.
There is no threshold for a Politician’s son or daughter to enter politics. And once they win an election ( remember most of the voters are illiterate) its not because of “work” but because to the “brand”.

Dear Amar Singh,
I think for a while you have taken a wrong call by saying all is well because Akhilesh is three times MP and there is nothing wrong being the son of MS and nephew of Shiv pal singh. Even Shi Pal singh gets your nod. I think poilicians of your calibre have become blind to the realities of life. You are true follower of MS. I think by praising Akhilesh you sound like consolidating your positin in the party as you tried to do after his wife lost elections from Ferozabad. You will never concede that it was a bad choice. Akhilesh won the seat by hand some margins and you guys thought any one is put up is destined to win because she is great daughter in law of MS. Try this in next election and give tickets to as many as people in next elections from the family of MS and see the results. I can predict a clear wash out. As people are fed up the way your Neataji conducts him self these days. He sounds like leader of riches rather then of poor.People like you do not realise how damaging your statements are for him? He is loosing his ground in his home constituency and from where he used to get thumping majority. I come from that region therefore I know what people exactly feel about today’s deveopements.
Keep your silence on such matters ad see the results. They will be wondeful. But if you go on doing this a lot would have gone out of SP’s hand. You will simply streghthen the BSP.
There is thinking amongst who is less evil some and people will make their decision and do the vote.
Things are not proper for you guys. Better see the world from others eyes rather see it by your own colured eyes.
Change is vital and necessary for survival. Go to the people and gauge their mood and take corrective actions by evaluating things in right perspective and take up issues in which all people of walk get benifitted. Try to engage retired Govt. Officers, who could be your managers and use them as they have better skills on the management. Take help of Teachers and visit their problems. Take help of farmers and check what could best in their interests. Take help of students as they suffer the most for not getting any thing from your caste based politics. Go to general people who live below the poverty line and try to do some thing for them this winter is really harsh by sitting in Dubai probably you would not realise this.
Better be close to reality then live at a distance. People will also keep safe distance if you distance from them.
Thanks and regards,
Dear SP Singh, I appreciate your point of view but I would like tell all the readers that I am not the kind who will give statements to consolidate my position rather would act to prove my worth for political disposition. I would once again reiterate that none of Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav’s family members including Akhilesh wanted to field Dimple from Firozabad. It was me who took this decision because I felt that voters of Firozabad would not like any one else to replace Akhilesh except his wife. I admit that my reading of the situation was wrong; after all we human are prone to commit mistakes.
Hello Sir
This is one of the subject about which I feel so strongly and Sir, while U mentioned How Shri Akhliesh Yadav entered into politics its good to know about that but do you have other such figures like him to boost about ????
I really doubt if you have another young Mba graduate working in your party which says Computers should be banned , English banned ……
What would like to say About Mrs, Akhilesh Yadav , Is this not Family projections into politics and the soul reason is that Its Family Buisness ofcourse !!!!
Sir , as I mentioned earlier your party doesnot have a single thing in your manifesto which attracts young , youth, dynamics or works in the direction of crafting a developed India ( A VISION OF RESPECTED DR. A.P.J. ABDUL KALAM )Now, what was your Young Akhliesh ji doing ,while you make your party agendas and focuses, even he wont have a answer for that.
Our country needs working of politicians on ground roots level for farmers and Villages but whose taking care of the young dynamic Indian culture which is a mirror of India to the World abroad ?????
Seeking a answer from the vivid politician or Shri. Akhilesh Yadav ji.
Thanks and regards

Respected Amar Singh Ji,
This debate is interesting, important and everlasting. it is seen, what is important for a man, whether he is following the same trend or he is trying to set a new example for himself.
As well as current politics is concerned Akhilesh Yadav’s disapprovement is not digested at all. Because you have mentioned that these type of examples are present in every party. But this debate will compell Akhilesh to save his ancesteral property or will creat a new model for himself.
I have read many views above, in some only idealism is viewed which is good only theoritically but in reality it is something different. YES, it is true that Firozabad’s byelection has raised a question for Akhilesh.
A Youthicon(Rahul Gandhi) is not only winning in one constituency but is also earning a good name for the party where as another Youthicon(Akhilesh Yadav) is not able to protect his own seat in his party. This type of questionmark is loosing his strength among the supports in the party.
Thus A man becomes CHARASMATIC on one hand and another who is on grass root level is seems to be a STRUGGLER.

dear amarsinghji
i want you to be the PM of this great nation
because your views are very frank and to the point.
Every person dedicated to give his best and contribute positively in affairs of the nation and its people under any political setup, can not be sidelined, as long as he puts nation before self. Having said this.
India is no different from nations of the world, when it comes to growing influence of families that take. centre stage in politics of nations.
We have examples in US in recent times two families Bush’s and Clinton’s have taken centre stage for over two decades now.
The story is no different in our neighboring nations Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Families have played major role in shaping the structure of the nations.
Factors that help them to hold fort.
What is important, to note is, what is securing their stay on top or allowing them to hold the office of power for decades.
a) Is it their sheer quality to do better than the others, or they being smarter than others,
b) Or, is it because not many like to venture into politics and dedicate themselves in
service of the nation given advantage to them, which is giving them an advantage.
both factors are valid.
A Leader is one who can successfully lead a group of people with fair amount of success and achievement, against all odds.
Political Families can take their, sons, and
daughters, to the driving seat but they can not make them drive safely, it is their, individual capacity that makes them to drive safe, and for long.
Let us not deprive the laurel to these young leader produced by the political families of India who are out there to contribute to help the people of the nation and raise the issues faced by the people disadvantaged and support the nation on right fronts.
I am sure Akilesh would not be in politics and wining just because he is son of Mulayam Singhji, unless he fit and capable and liked by the people for his good work.
He can’t afford to fail if he was to continue this value machine which will can lead him to a takeoff point where he can take a highway and drive fast in to the horizons of glory and successes for the nation and its people.

Hello Amar Singh ji,
If not anything else, I feel I have started admiring your opinion and views on various subjects you have touched upon so far, though, I may not agree with your views on political lineage.
I do not think anyone is singling out on Akhilesh Yadav at least on this forum. People are raising a simple question and want to express that in some way this practice is undemocratic, though politicians may come out with umpteen arguments in favor of it. Right from post Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri era, one particular party men are the biggest promoter and precedence setters of this emerging trend. Today every political leader whosoever, wants their wards in a secured political position to ensure secured future. Working for welfare of the people, or working at the grass root level, or sacrificing their lives relentlessly for the people, sound like slogans.
Of course, 80/20 rule applies here too, and there are exceptions among the leaders too. Please carry on with your frank, free and honest crusade. I can see a better future.
My Best Regards.
Dear Amarji
I read again what you posted and how awfully I had replied, although it may be true to some other leadership requirement.
Frankly speaking I did not know about Akhilesh and therefore I did what Auro did, typed Akhilesh in google and read for half an hour and why he is called Tipu,a leader of farmers, youth. And this comment said it all “A cycle can be found in every home of Firozabad and Kannauj, as much as in India, but an elephant will be luxury. Only a handful of privileged can afford them. In sizzling summer, all ponds are dry, so no lotus can bloom”.And like Lincoln if he is all set to fight fiercely for millions of downtrodden, then I am all to say thanks for bringing this up…..right here….I know something now….And for this I wish Akhilesh all the very best. So you see I learned something from Auro, if want to know about anyone just google….haw…haw.Thank you Auro. Amarji I support your views.
Best Regards

there r not issue to compare akhiles g and rahul..both r differ..akhilesh g bechlour and master in agriculture engg rahul g r gardute in poltical science…but according to me the person who r close to people and grass root plotician r mr akhilesh yadv..he alves visit rural u.p and know persons live there..u.p are not limited only in amatii or raybryli..up hve so many other places..so if you konw about this than you know u.p….and about parivarrvadd..i think its not matter if people love you you are well educated and down to earth every body love you……i think v want to change our views and thinking if person r capable and he or she intrstd to do some thng for state or countrey..than go head.. i tnk..
Dear sir ,
I agree with you.
It’s not an issue of matter. Unfortunately when it comes to politics the kith and kin seem to be untouchable while in all other profession it’s a preferred pathway.
Take the typical case of Doctors, lawyers, Film artists/actors , Perhaps the only reason for this could be that today we have no school of Politics which help the sons and daughters to quality to stake the claim.
The Guru-shishya Bhava is the only recognised school and who can be a better Guru than your own father!!
However the bottom line here is not so much the fact of the matter of political succession but the method and manner in which the induction is managed.
In some cases admittedly there is a big question mark.
No body would like a quack of a son to succeed a successful surgeon father.
And finally how about your children sir??!!
Mohan
Respected Amar Singh Ji,
Happy New year !!!!
You are discussing equality among politicians to pursue dynasty politics. But you are not stating means of representation for public , party workers.
The issue with dynastic polity is issues, values take back seat with cartel power taking precedence.
I do agree Akilesh , Rahul Gandhi can not become victims just because they were born in a political family. They are Talented though. But is there a mechanism within the parties to have a fair selection process so that party workers feel that selections are based on skills and not power.
Also it is dissapointing that your party which stands for sunnis , shias, hindus, sikhs has neglected and ignored their spiritual leaders as when recently a program was released to help poor farmers in the name of religious leaders who gave sacrifice.
I wish you the very best to contribute more to this country. You and your party have contributed a lot to this country especially saving this country from reelection.

Seeking a reply for my questions stated above from the Respected politician .
I know its not humanly possible for you to reply to each comment but do try reaching others please.
thnx:)
Frankly those belonging to the political families (the new breed) are actually better placed to work the system than a new entrant and actually get something good done. And it is really ok to springboard on your family’s domain expertise (for lack of a better term) and move a notch higher.
And the elections are a great leveler. If they do not perform, why cant people come out and vote them out of office. You know it takes only 5-10% of voters (the same middle class/elite who does not vote but only talks) to make or break a candidate.
Akhilesh is after all (just like all of the other kids) getting himself democratically elected.
This is like saying that mr. ambani, tata, birla or even small entrepreneurs like me should not use the infrastructure that was existing for us and start from scratch. Its a ridiculous argument.
Dear Mr.Amar Singh, I do agree with your point of view as far as Mr.Akhilesh Yadav is concerned. But
what you have to say for that notorious fellow called Mr.Shiv Pal Yadav. What credit does he have of his own. I don`t believe that any person who have a little self respect will like to associate with a party which has got a person like him in his fold.
And when you people talk about the upliftment of common people then where your such feelings went away when you put a candidate like Ms Dimple Yadav by ignoring the all the able candidate in your party who can actually do some thing good for the people and country.
it is so difficult to believe the today`s netas.
Only, I pray God to save the people from the such Netas who are out to loot the people and country.

Dear Amar Singhji,
All right thinking people will be inclined to agree with U.U have done a lot for people in general -and S P in particular; who can forget ur role as a saviour of Govt at the time of Confidence Vote on Indo American Nuclear deal, and ur general help to brethern in trouble.
Do not risk ur health for the sake of ungrateful people—–whoever they are.
Wishing U the best of health & peace,
Naresh Sethi
Dear Amar Singh
Everybody in this world has a birth right to select his profession, friends and life partner.
The politician’s son or daughter join the politcs because because they think that this is the profession where they can do their best.
Criminals join the politics to save themselves from police and enemies bullet.
Just becasue they have access to some of the best free tutors and personnel attention in the home itself does not mean they will excel. Nothing is permanent in this world . See where we can find the Mighty Mauryas and Mougals.
The pattern is same for other professions like Trading , industry, law or software.
Thanks
dear amar ji

Dear sir,
I agree with your views.
I am from Hyderabad. and i feel INC has made Andhra Pradesh there political laboratory as the death (assassination) of our beloved CM Dr.YSR.
i really feel sad for the events taking place in our state right from 2nd september 2009 till date. this So called congress high command has lost touch with common people. and i can assure it will lose very badly in next election if they dont make YS Jagan CM.
India need Young blood to rule. we need a politician who can take ownership let it be good or bad or right or wrong. not someone who just postpone each and every decision like what Congress party did and doing till date….
why can not we have a young government? i say young government is more efficient then oldies who can hardly walk….
i feel sorry for what INC is doing with my state and our country
Dear Sir, I have been reading your blog for the last one week. For many in south India SJP means Amar Singh.Such is the impact you have created via your media interviews and plain speaking that too in English.I quote one tamil proverb for your kind reference written by a famous Tamil poet in 200 BC.Mathiyathar Vasalai Mithikka Vendaam. Translated as “Do not step into the doors of people who do not give respect to you”. With plenty of talent and thoughts ,you can start a new political party for the welfare of Indians. I wish & pray God for your early recovery.kindly acknowledge this MAIL.
Dear Sir,
Its true to say that some of the persons or more specifics some Politician garner more media attention but I would also like to let you know that they garner it not due to their blood group but also by their deeds and they never complained about caste creed colour religion or any other distinction or discrimination.
